近10年针灸治疗湿疹的文献研究

【摘要】：背景:伴随着社会的不断进步,以及生活环境的逐渐恶化,湿疹已经成为影响人类生活质量的日益严重的皮肤科疾病。中医针灸治疗湿疹的研究,既继承和发展了传统中医学理论,也吸收了现代湿疹的研究成果,搭上了中西医结合的快车,既有西医的对症处理,也有中医的辨证论治,湿疹的治疗,采用针灸疗法能够起到很好的疗效。目前,治疗湿疹的报道繁多,既有包含单纯针灸疗法的,也有针灸结合中西医疗法的,需要系统总结。为了让中西医学实现优势互补,一方面收集中医文献,研究病因病机,另一方面,结合现代医学了解发病机制。本文献研究就是基于这个目的,归纳出一个大致的理论,以期抛砖引玉,起到一定的参考作用。目的:本论文通过研究中医学古文献,检索文献后进行分析,基于经络理论将文献分类与定性定量,了解临床上针灸治疗湿疹的进展。通过分析,发现其选经、选穴的特点,总结出各种针灸疗法治疗湿疹的规律,更好地指导临床工作。另一方面,亦可以完善经典的经络理论,为针灸治疗湿疹乃至其他皮肤疾病提供一种新的思路。方法:采取电子计算机与人工检索两种方法相结合,选用中国知网、万方、维普中文期刊库,检索了 10年在国内发表的针灸治疗湿疹的相关文献,并进行系统整理,纳入100篇符合纳入标准的文献。对文献中选用的经络、穴位进行统计以及归类,得出各项数据,总结出针灸治疗湿疹的辨证选穴规律。结果:临床上针灸治疗湿疹以足太阴脾经的使用频率最大;使用较多的穴位为曲池、血海、足三里、三阴交等穴;腧穴分布主要集中于四肢,尤其是下肢。结论:针灸治疗湿疹的穴位有较广的选择范围,然而有数条经络以及数个穴位被较多集中选择,多集中在具有健脾祛湿,活血祛瘀功用的经络和穴位,例如足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经、手少阳三焦经,穴位则为曲池、血海、足三里等,所以临床上针灸治疗湿疹,可以加大关注上述经络及其穴位。
[Abstract]:Background: with the continuous progress of society and the deterioration of living environment, eczema has become an increasingly serious dermatological disease affecting the quality of human life. It not only inherits and develops the traditional Chinese medicine theory, but also absorbs the research results of modern eczema, and takes the express train of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine. It not only deals with the symptoms of western medicine, but also the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment of eczema, and the treatment of eczema. The use of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can play a very good effect. At present, there are many reports on the treatment of eczema, including simple acupuncture and moxibustion, and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine, which need to be systematically summarized. In order to make Chinese and Western medicine achieve complementary advantages, On the one hand, we collect TCM literature to study the etiology and pathogenesis; on the other hand, we understand the pathogenesis of the disease in combination with modern medicine. Objective: to study the ancient Chinese medicine literature, search the literature, classify and analyze the literature based on meridian theory, and understand the progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of eczema. Find out the characteristics of selecting meridians and acupoints, sum up the regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for eczema, and better guide the clinical work. On the other hand, it can also perfect the classical meridian theory. To provide a new way for acupuncture and moxibustion to treat eczema and other skin diseases. The related literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for eczema in China for 10 years were retrieved, and were systematically sorted out, and 100 articles that met the inclusion criteria were included. The selected meridians and acupoints in the literature were counted and classified, and the data were obtained. Results: the frequency of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of eczema was the highest in the treatment of eczema, more points were used such as Quchi, Xuehai, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, etc. The distribution of acupoints is mainly concentrated in the limbs, especially in the lower extremities. Conclusion: acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of eczema has a wide range of points, however, several meridians and several acupoints have been more concentrated selection, most of them are focused on removing spleen and dampness. The meridians and acupoints with the function of activating blood circulation and removing stasis, such as foot Taiyin spleen Meridian, foot Yangming stomach Meridian, hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian, acupoints are Quchi, Xue Hai, Zusanli, etc., so acupuncture and moxibustion in clinical treatment of eczema can increase attention to these meridians and their acupoints.
