基于中医传承辅助平台的治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的组方规律分析

【摘要】:目的:运用中医传承辅助平台v2.5初步探究中医药治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的用药规律和特点,为中医药治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性提供一条新的思绪。方法:在有关数据库中检索中医药治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的文献,建立数据库,进行相应的方剂分析,挖掘出治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的各味中药使用频次及组方规律,并得出新处方。结果:通过对196首方剂168味药分析,高频次的药物为茯苓、当归、枸杞子、白术、丹参、甘草、黄芪、山药、川芎、熟地黄等,药物分类以补虚药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、清热药、止血药等为主。设定支持度为30、置信度为0.6,得到34个常用药对。设定相关度为6,惩罚度为2,挖掘出含有隐性规律的3味中药的核心组合,共计23组。最终得出4个新方组合:①党参、陈皮、白术、楮实子、菟丝子、枸杞子、五味子②大蓟、茜草、姜黄、生地黄、小蓟、牡丹皮③当归、薏苡仁、川芎、红花④白扁豆、砂仁、莲子心、人参。结论:1.基于频次统计法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘技术,为分析治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性方剂的用药规律提供了一定的科学凭据。2.年龄相关性黄斑变性以滋养肝肾、健脾利湿、活血化瘀为主要治法。3.中医传承辅助平台v2.5的核心组合和备选新处方为临床提供了新的参考,为开发新药奠定理论基础,但还需临床研究和实验研究等进一步评价。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the characteristics of drug use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration by means of v2.5, and to provide a new thought for the treatment of age-related macular degeneration with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: the literature on the treatment of age-related macular degeneration with traditional Chinese medicine was searched in the database, the database was established, the prescription analysis was carried out, and the usage frequency and prescription rule of each Chinese medicine for treatment of age-related macular degeneration were excavated. And get a new prescription. Results: according to the analysis of 168 medicines of 196 prescriptions, the high frequency drugs were Poria cocos, Angelica sinensis, Fructus Lycii, Atractylodes macrocephala, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Astragali, Chinese yam, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Radix Rehmanniae, etc. Heat-clearing drugs, hemostatic drugs and so on. The set support was 30, the confidence was 0.6, and 34 common drug pairs were obtained. The correlation degree was 6 and the penalty degree was 2. The core combination of 3 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine containing recessive law was excavated, 23 groups in total. Finally, four new combinations of Codonopsis chinensis, Chen Pei, Atractylodes macrocephala, Fructus Broussoneae, Cuscuta chinensis, Fructus Lycii, Schisandra chinensis, alizarin, turmeric, Radix Rehmanniae, artichoke, Peony 3 Angelica, Coix seed, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Safflower 4 White lentils, Amomum villosum, Lotus seed heart, ginseng. Conclusion 1. Based on frequency statistics, improved mutual information method, entropy clustering of complex systems, unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other data mining techniques, this paper provides some scientific evidence for analyzing the rule of drug use of age-related macular degeneration prescription. Age-related macular degeneration to nourish the liver and kidney, spleen and dampness, blood circulation and blood stasis as the main treatment. 3. The core combination and alternative new prescriptions of v2.5 provide a new reference for clinical practice and lay a theoretical foundation for the development of new drugs, but further evaluation is needed in clinical and experimental studies.
