外周血树突状细胞成熟度在泡型肝包虫患者中的研究
[Abstract]:Objective to study the maturity of DC in peripheral blood of patients with AE, to explore the role of DC in the pathogenesis of AE and to analyze the relationship between DC and the occurrence and development of AE. Methods from September 2015 to June 2016, 20 patients with AE and 20 healthy people of the same age were selected from the second Department of Hepatopancreatology, affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University, from September 2015 to June 2016. The peripheral fasting anticoagulant whole blood (2ml) was collected. CD80~ cells and CD86 cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry. CD83~ cells and (CD80~ CD86 CD80~) / CD14 ratio were selected from June 2016 to February 2017 in the second Department of liver, Bile and pancreas, affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and pathologically proved to be AE patients, and 30 healthy persons of similar age were randomly selected for the same period. A large number of DC, was obtained by the addition of cytokines GM-CSF,IL-4 and TNF- 伪 in vitro. The expression rate of CD83,CD86,CD80 on DC was detected by flow cytometry. Results 1 there was no significant difference in CD80~ CD83~ CD86 / CD14 on DC surface between AE group and control group (P0.05), but the expression of CD86 cells was lower in AE group than in control group (P0.05). 2 the expression of CD80,CD83,CD86 on the surface of mononuclear culture DC in AE group was significantly lower than that in control group (41.71 卤8.1659.69 卤8.05 卤50.79 卤7.72). The expression level of CD86 (62.27 卤5.94) was 56.37 卤7.33 卤72.00 卤7.36, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion this study shows that the maturity of peripheral blood DC in patients with AE is lower than that in the control group, which may lead to the decline of host antigen presentation function and the decrease of body anti-infection ability, thus promoting the progress of infection of echinococcus multilocularis.
