某医院天然气分布式能源项目方案的投资决策分析

【摘要】:随着我国经济和社会的高速发展,社会总体能耗也与日俱增。能源结构不合理带来的环境污染问题,以及由此引发的其他社会经济问题日益严重。天然气分布式能源供应方式具有"效率高、排放低、投资少、周期短"的特点,为破解我国当前经济发展中高能耗、高污染、能源短缺的难题,提供了一种有效的节能减排方式。本文的研究目的在于通过对实际案例的分析研究,提高天然气分布式能源项目的投资决策的准确性,保证资金使用安全。在本文的研究过程中,总体上采用理论与实际相结合的方法,运用实地调研法、文献研究法、定性分析与定量分析法、案例研究法等研究方法。本文以国内外相关理论为基础,通过整理相关文献、总结评价方法,阐述天然气分布式能源的概念。通过对传统能源能源供能方式与天然气分布式能源供能方式对比,分析天然气分布式能源供能方式的优势,在此基础上提出发展天然气分布式能源供能方式的必要性。以实地调研为基础,针对新能源行业特点结合天然气分布式能源特点,构建评价体系与分析模型。运用某天然气分布式能源项目的所获实际工程数据,对供能方式、主要设备选型、项目投资估算、经济指标、环境分析及节能减排效果等方面进行研究,并对工程项目投资进行综合评价分析,最终得出可行性结论和投资决策。也为类似项目的决策奠定了理论和方法的准备。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society in our country, the overall energy consumption of society is also increasing day by day. The environmental pollution caused by unreasonable energy structure and other social and economic problems are becoming more and more serious. The distributed energy supply mode of natural gas has the characteristics of "high efficiency, low emission, less investment and short cycle". In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption, high pollution and energy shortage in the current economic development of our country, It provides an effective way to save energy and reduce emissions. The purpose of this paper is to improve the accuracy of investment decision-making of natural gas distributed energy projects and to ensure the safety of the use of funds through the analysis and study of practical cases. In the research process of this paper, the combination of theory and practice, field research, literature research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, case study and other research methods are adopted as a whole. Based on the relevant theories at home and abroad, this paper expounds the concept of natural gas distributed energy by sorting out the relevant literature and summing up the evaluation methods. By comparing the traditional energy supply mode with the natural gas distributed energy supply mode, this paper analyzes the advantages of the natural gas distributed energy supply mode, and on this basis, puts forward the necessity of developing the natural gas distributed energy supply mode. Based on the field investigation, the evaluation system and analysis model are constructed according to the characteristics of new energy industry combined with the characteristics of natural gas distributed energy. Based on the actual engineering data obtained from a natural gas distributed energy project, this paper studies the energy supply mode, the selection of main equipment, the estimation of project investment, the economic index, the environmental analysis and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction, etc. The project investment is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed, and the feasibility conclusion and investment decision are finally obtained. It also lays a theoretical and methodological preparation for the decision-making of similar projects.
