酵母在健康水产养殖中的作用和初步机理研究

【摘要】:本文通过在正常密度和高密度养殖条件下饲喂尼罗罗非鱼添加酿酒酵母的饲料,研究了酿酒酵母作为益生菌在不同应激环境下对罗非鱼生长,肠道健康和抗病能力的影响。同时,通过比对活酵母和热灭活酵母的效应差异,评估了分泌性代谢成分对酵母有益效应的贡献。本文的主要结论是:1.正常密度条件下,酿酒酵母作为益生菌可有效促进罗非鱼生长,改善肠道健康,提高抗病能力。2.正常密度条件下活酵母可降低罗非鱼肠道的炎症水平。3.高密度条件下活酵母可改善鱼体应激状态,消除高密度养殖对罗非鱼肠道微观形态和抗病的负面影响。4.分泌性代谢成分对酵母改善肠道微观形态,降低肠道炎症,和减少应激方面起主要作用。5.酵母添加和不同养殖密度对罗非鱼肠道菌群无显著影响。
[Abstract]:The effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) on growth, intestinal health and disease resistance of Tilapia niloticus under different stress conditions were studied. At the same time, the contribution of secretory metabolites to beneficial effects of yeast was evaluated by comparing the effects of active yeast and heat inactivated yeast. The main conclusion of this paper is: 1. Under normal density, Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a probiotic can effectively promote the growth of tilapia, improve intestinal health, and improve disease resistance. Under normal density, live yeast can reduce intestinal inflammation level of tilapia. 3. 3. Under the condition of high density, live yeast could improve the stress state of fish and eliminate the negative effects of high density culture on intestinal micromorphology and disease resistance of tilapia. Secretory metabolites play a major role in improving intestinal micromorphology, reducing intestinal inflammation, and reducing stress in yeast. Yeast addition and different culture density had no significant effect on intestinal flora of tilapia.
