小麦-茸毛偃麦草新型渐渗系的分子细胞遗传学解析

中间偃麦草(Thinopyrum intermedium,2n=6x=42,JJJsJsStSt)属于小麦野生近缘植物,多年生、异花授粉,具有耐盐、耐旱、抗寒等抗逆性以及抗白粉病、条锈病、叶锈病、秆锈病、赤霉病等抗病性,是小麦远缘杂交和染色体工程育种的重要基因资源。茸毛偃麦草(Th.intermedium ssp.trichophorum,2n=6x=42,JJJsJs StSt)是中间偃麦草的一个亚种,与中间偃麦草一样具有抗逆、抗病等优良特性,区别在于其穗部和叶片上覆盖有茸毛,是小麦抗性改良的重要供体之一。TE1508是本实验室选育的小麦-茸毛偃麦草部分双二倍体,成株期免疫或高抗白粉病、条锈病、叶锈病、纹枯病等;小麦-中间偃麦草7J异体代换系源于八倍体小偃麦TAF46与普通小麦Vilmorin27杂交、回交后代,具有抗秆锈病(Ug99)与紫色胚芽鞘等性状。为了将TE1508与TAF46携带的优异农艺性状导入栽培小麦,本文实施了以下研究工作:(1)分别利用六倍体小黑麦和普通小麦与TE1508进行杂交...
