芸薹属农田的蜘蛛类群与生物防治:综合农田生态、农事操作、景观复杂程度和食物网的研究

保护性生物防治强调利用自然和其它非作物植被作为天敌栖息的场所,在害虫爆发的时候,这些场所能够为中心田块提供自然天敌以防控害虫。鉴定出能够支持某些特定的天敌,为其提供庇护所的植被类型的需要并没有得到满足。在芸薹属作物和与其相邻的非作物田块和非芸薹属作物的景观格局下,我们主要关注了不同田块类型中蜘蛛类群的共性:丰度和多样性。我们采用了基于空间的多元变量分类方法,层次聚类和空间特征向量分析。中国南方的小田块混合耕作和高人为干扰频率的特点为关于蜘蛛保护提供了一系列的研究场所。我们发现,不同类型植物中的蜘蛛科类别差异十分明显。在田块边缘的草地,非作物植物类型(包含灌木丛,杂草和草地),芋头,甘薯中发现了与芸薹属蔬菜作物相同的蜘蛛形态种和功能集团。与此相反,南瓜和荔枝中的蜘蛛形态种和功能集团并未在芸薹属蔬菜中发现,这可能对蜘蛛的保护性生物防治并无益处。试验运用基于鉴定自然天敌和土地利用空间关系的高级统计学方法,很可能会提供一个保护性生物防治的可替代栖息地的新假说。农业集约化是导致局部和全球范围内生物多样性丧失的一个主要原因。田间管理和景观结构能够影响生物多样性,但是这些因素是如何影响生态系统服务功...
