【摘要】：信息网络科学技术的不断发展推动了社会逐步由工业性向着信息性转型,在这个转型过程中对社会和政治生活领域产生了深远的影响。网络社会是与信息社会不可分割的新的社会结构。现代政党在信息社会已经疯狂发展的新形势下,必然会对传统的政党带来巨大冲击。现在网络化的程度越来越高,党的建设也面临巨大挑战。胡锦涛提出,要做好党建网站建设,建立全国党员信息库,促进基层党组织信息化,加强农村党员干部现代远程教育网络整合力量,完善反腐败网络举报机制,网络信息收集和处置机制等。通过利用信息网络技术加强和改进党的建设,提高党的建设的效率。如何迅速适应变化的环境,不仅是中外主流政党的普遍认知,更是中国共产党迫切需要解决的问题。论文主要内容共六章。第一章主要是对选题背景、论文研究的目的意义进行概括,同时对国内外研究发展进行归纳,为本文提供理论基础和实践指导。在此基础上,形成本文的研究思路和方法。第二章主要对党建的含义、网络党建的含义、发展历程、必要性和特点进行阐述。进一步明确本文的研究方向和重点。第三章结合淮南市网络党建的发展现状,从淮南市网络党建中党建网站、微信公众号、基层党建服务平台等方面进行阐述。第四章找出淮南市网络党建发展存在的问题,如缺乏网络党建的平台、网络党建的指导力量以及工作基础薄弱、网络舆情的预警、研判与引导机制仍然不完善等。第五章通过国内网络党建的实践,以长沙市、上海市为例,研究其发展的现状实践,力求从中获取经验和总结。第六章通过国内网络党建的研究得出的启示和淮南市网络党建发展存在的问题,提出解决办法和改进意见。本文基于对网络建设的认识认真地归纳了网路党建工作的指导思想,党具备特殊性,特别是党建工作网络的信息传播创新方式以及党的理论研究方式等,从党建的工作纲要以及工作范围的扩展等方面都展现了党的特殊性。其次,以淮南市网络党建工作为样本,梳理当前网络党建工作存在的不足,借鉴国内长沙市和上海市两个城市网络党建的现有做法和成功经验。最后,提出加强淮南市网络党建的对策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information network science and technology, the society is gradually changing from industrial to informational. The network society is a new social structure inseparable from the information society. The modern political parties have been madly developed under the new situation of the information society. It will bring great impact to the traditional political parties. Now the degree of networking is becoming higher and higher, and the party building is also facing enormous challenges. We will promote the informatization of grass-roots party organizations, strengthen the integration of modern distance education networks among party members and cadres in rural areas, and improve the anti-corruption network reporting mechanism.
