【摘要】：我国从1990年进入老龄化社会以后,人口老龄化的程度在不断加深。在我国城镇中,人口老龄化的问题尤为突出,已经发展成为限制我国城镇化水平提高的重要因素之一。要促进我国城镇化的健康发展,解决老龄化问题,就必须走发展养老产业的道路。发展养老产业可以解决城镇化中的人口老龄化问题,同时也可以提高城镇化的水平,促进城镇经济的发展。因此,研究养老产业发展模式与途径,对促进我国城镇养老产业的发展,解决养老问题具有重要的意义。本文的研究背景是人口老龄化日益严重的这一社会现象,重点分析的内容是我国城镇养老产业发展模式与途径。为了研究这个重点内容,本文首先对文章的理论基础进行了综合性的分析。通过国内外关于养老产业的研究综述我们可以看出,学术界对养老产业的研究主要集中在产业内涵和性质、产业与经济关系、产业模式、产业发展对策等几个方面,而对养老产业发展模式与途径的系统性的研究少之又少,因而本文将重点研究养老产业发展模式与途径。首先,本文分析了我国城镇中人口老龄化和养老产业的现状,在此基础上详细具体的介绍了三种养老产业发展模式,并对各种模式在我国发展的优劣势做出了分析。其次,基于CHARLS数据对我国城镇养老产业发展模式的选择进行了实证研究,综合分析了我国目前养老产业发展所适合的模式,指出了其发展中存在的问题。最后,结合上述分析,提出了我国养老产业发展的主要途径,并针对发展中的问题提出了一些相关的对策和建议。在文章的结尾,我们主要对本文研究的结论做出了概括性的陈述,同时也指出了本文研究中存在的创新以及不足之处,对未来关于养老产业发展模式与途径的研究前景进行了展望。
[Abstract]:After China entered the aging society in 1990, the population aging degree deepening. In China's cities and towns, the population aging problem is particularly prominent, has become one of the important factors restricting China's urbanization level. In order to promote the healthy development of urbanization, to solve the problem of aging. We must take the development of the pension industry road. The development of the pension industry can solve the problem of aging population in urbanization, but also can improve the level of the urbanization, promote the development of urban economy. Therefore, the research on development model and way of pension industry size, to promote the development of China's urban pension industry, has important significance to solve the pension problem. The research background of this paper is the social phenomenon of population aging is becoming increasingly serious, focuses on the analysis of the content is the development model and path of China's urban pension industry. In order to study the key The content, makes a comprehensive analysis of this paper and theoretical basis of the article. Through the summary of domestic and foreign research on the pension industry, we can see that the research on the pension industry academia mainly concentrated in the industrial connotation and nature, industry and economy, industry mode, several industry development of countermeasures, and systematic research the development of the pension industry pattern and way of less and less, so this paper will focus on the development model and path of the pension industry. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of population aging in China's urban and the pension industry, based on the detailed introduction of the three pension industry development model, and the model in our the advantages and disadvantages of the development has made the analysis. Secondly, the CHARLS data on the development of China's urban pension industry model based selection for the empirical research, comprehensive analysis of China's current pension The suitable mode of industrial development, points out the problems in its development. Finally, with the above analysis, put forward the main ways of the development of China's pension industry, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in its development. In the end of this paper, we study the main conclusions of this paper made a general statement also pointed out that this study have the innovation and shortcomings, the prospects for future research on the mode of development and ways of the pension industry is prospected.
