论朝鲜半岛地缘政治价值的历史性变化

【摘要】：本文以地缘政治理论为视角,通过对朝鲜半岛的发展史、各大国对朝鲜半岛的争夺以及朝鲜半岛核问题爆发后各大国的战略转变这三方面,探究朝鲜半岛地缘政治价值的历史性变化。近代朝鲜半岛地缘政治价值在甲午中日战争和日俄数次争夺中逐渐凸显出来,随着日本殖民统治入侵朝鲜,朝鲜半岛的地缘政治价值随着被搁浅,然而冷战时期美苏对朝鲜半岛的分别管控使得朝鲜半岛的地缘政治价值再次被推上国际舞台。但冷战时期的朝鲜半岛作为东西方意识形态对立的前沿地带地缘政治价值并不明显。朝鲜半岛在冷战之后苏联的倒塌东西势力失去平衡国际形势巨变,地缘政治理论随之发生相应变化,尤其是在朝鲜核问题爆发后朝鲜不顾国际社会反对以及金正恩执政后加强政权的一系列举措来看朝鲜的拥核决心是不可撼动的。崛起中的中国和俄罗斯,以及重返亚太的美国,仍旧在谋求政治大国地位的日本,和政局动荡不定的韩国,各国围绕着朝鲜半岛核问题而产生的经济、安全等利益的激烈争夺,使朝鲜半岛的地缘政治价值迅速达到最高点。朝鲜半岛的地缘政治价值新变化主要体现在朝鲜半岛地区地缘政治互动的主客体身份的转变,以及朝鲜由被动地位转变为积极主动以一个地区独立国家的身份参与地区地缘活动的互动中。朝鲜半岛地缘政治价值新变化,通过朝鲜半岛地缘政治历史性变化有助于地缘政治价值理论的探索。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the geopolitical theory from the perspective of the development history of the Korean Peninsula, the major powers on the Korean Peninsula as well as for the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula after the outbreak of major strategic transformation of these three aspects, explore the historical changes in the Korean Peninsula geopolitical value.
