【摘要】：劳动是社会存在与发展的基础,是人类的本质活动,贯穿于人类社会发展的始终。崇尚劳动、尊重劳动者,始终重视发挥工人阶级和广大劳动群众的主力军作用,是社会主义现代化建设取得巨大成就的重要保障。劳动问题也一直是学术界探讨的永恒话题。然而,随着改革开放的逐步深入和社会主义市场经济的不断发展,我国当前出现了“强资本弱劳动”的现象和趋势,面临着诸多严峻的劳动问题。因此,在实现“两个一百年”伟大征程的关键时期,研究邓小平的劳动思想具有重要的理论和现实意义。邓小平劳动思想作为邓小平理论的重要组成部分,是在继承马恩劳动观和早期中国共产党人劳动观的基础上形成和发展起来的,具有科学的传承性、鲜明的人民性、强烈的现实性和非凡的创新性。邓小平劳动思想是改革开放以来,在社会主义建设过程中形成的新的理论体系,博大精深、内涵丰富,主要包括劳动基准思想、劳动保障思想、劳资和谐思想、劳动法制思想四个层面。对于解决当前出现的新的劳动问题提供了重要的借鉴和启示。因此,在社会主义现代化建设进程中,我们要以邓小平劳动思想为指导,通过建立健全劳动法制、加强企业民主管理、完善劳动争议处理机制、大力发展生产力等多重举措构建和谐劳动关系,通过抵制“好逸恶劳”的消极劳动观、倡导“以辛勤劳动为荣”的积极劳动观来鼓励营造“劳动光荣”的社会氛围;通过实施积极的就业政策、促进充分就业,发展教育培训事业、全面提高劳动者素质,遵循经济发展规律、逐步提高福利水平等多种途径逐步建立健全劳动保障制度,为实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、建成富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦作出新贡献。

However, with the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of the socialist market economy, At present, the phenomenon and trend of "strong capital and weak labor" appear in our country and face many severe labor problems. Therefore, in the crucial period of realizing the great journey of "two hundred years", It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study Deng Xiaoping's labor thought. It was formed and developed on the basis of inheriting Man's view of labor and the view of labor of the early Chinese Communists. It has a scientific heritage and a distinct people's character. Strong realism and extraordinary innovation. Deng Xiaoping's labor thought is a new theoretical system formed in the course of socialist construction since the reform and opening up. It is broad and profound and rich in connotation, mainly including the idea of labor benchmark and the thought of labor security. The thought of harmony between labor and capital and the thought of labor legal system provide important reference and enlightenment for solving the new labor problems that appear at present. Therefore, in the course of socialist modernization, we should take Deng Xiaoping's labor thought as our guide.
