中国共产主义青年团的历史演变及当代转型

【摘要】：中国共产主义青年团(以下简称共青团)是中国共产党的助手和后备军。回顾我国历史以及党史,总能在其间发现共青团的身影。特别是在五四运动后的历史时期中,共青团在中国共产党的领导下,在塑造政治文化和青年社会化过程中发挥了重要的作用。作为重要政治组织,共青团在革命斗争时期积极宣传马克思主义,引领各类青年加入革命,为中共输送优秀人才;在抗战时期及时转变职能,转型为青年救国会,在后方发展生产、参加民主政权建设、文化建设,成立各种青年抗日组织,积极配合正规军开展游击战;在建国后,按照党的领导转型带领广大青年开展学习,争先创优,大力推动经济建设的服务型团组织等等。每一个不同的时期,共青团都会有不同目标、任务、工作方式。从团的历史入手,研究共青团每一次的转型是由哪些因素在推动,转型是团的哪些部分发生了变化,共青团的转型与中国共产党、青年、青年运动的关系,也需要从研究团的历史入手,从而揭示共青团演变的内在逻辑。2016年7月,中共中央首次召开了党的群团工作会,这是中共党史上第一次群团工作会。会议召开的原因目的,以及共青团作为党的群团组织之一在会议后又将发生怎样的转型?新时期社会发展迅猛,随着互联网时代的到来,青年一代的工作生活方式发生了巨大变革。值得高度关注的现象是,共青团与青年的关系逐渐疏离,共青团的组织引导影响力下降,共青团的政治职能逐渐弱化,对团组织的工作带来很大的困难。本文从概念界定和理论梳理入手,考察共青团创立和历史发展,研究共青团演变过程,思考共青团转型的内在逻辑,最后将共青团置于当代互联网迅猛发展的情况下进行分析,指出共青团在当代的转型。
[Abstract]:The Communist Youth League of China (hereinafter referred to as the Communist Youth League) is the assistant and reserve army of the Communist Party of China. Looking back at the history of our country and the party history, we can always find the figure of the Communist Youth League during this period, especially in the historical period after the May 4th Movement. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the Communist Youth League has played an important role in shaping political culture and socialization of youth. As an important political organization, the Communist Youth League actively propagated Marxism during the revolutionary struggle. To lead all kinds of young people to join the revolution, to send outstanding talents to the CPC, to change their functions in time during the War of Resistance against Japan, to transform themselves into the Youth Salvation Association, to develop production in the rear, to participate in the construction of democratic regimes, to build culture, and to set up various youth anti-Japanese organizations, Actively cooperate with the regular army in guerrilla warfare; after the founding of the people's Republic of China, lead the vast number of young people to learn in accordance with the Party's leadership transformation, strive for excellence, vigorously promote economic construction, and so on. Every different period, The Communist Youth League will have different objectives, tasks, and ways of working. Starting from the history of the League, we will study what factors are driving each transformation of the Communist Youth League, which parts of the Communist Youth League have changed, and which parts of the Communist Youth League have changed, and the transformation of the Communist Youth League and the Communist Party of China. The relationship between youth and youth movement also needs to be studied from the history of the Communist Youth League in order to reveal the inner logic of the evolution of the Communist Youth League. In July 2016, the CPC Central Committee held its first meeting on the work of the Communist Party of China. This is the first mass league working meeting in the history of the Communist Party of China. The reason why the conference was held and what kind of transformation will take place after the meeting as one of the mass organizations of the Communist Youth League? With the advent of the Internet era, the way of work and life of the younger generation has undergone tremendous changes. It is a phenomenon of great concern that the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the youth is gradually alienated. The influence of the organizational guidance of the Communist Youth League has declined, and the political function of the Communist Youth League has been gradually weakened, which has brought great difficulties to the work of the League. This paper begins with the definition of the concept and the theoretical analysis, and examines the founding and historical development of the Communist Youth League. This paper studies the evolution process of the Communist Youth League, considers the internal logic of the transformation of the Communist Youth League, and finally analyzes the Communist Youth League in the context of the rapid development of the contemporary Internet, and points out the transformation of the Communist Youth League in the contemporary era.
