海林市“美丽乡村”建设质量提升路径研究

【摘要】：在新型城镇化的快速进展下,城市将物质与精神文明逐渐延伸至乡村生活中,致使乡村的生活状态慢慢靠近城市,导致乡村失去了其独有的绿色、天然、文化等特色。中国是一个农业大国,在20世纪50年代初提出了社会主义新农村的建设问题,直至2013年我国又开启了全面运行“美丽乡村”建设工作,农村发展问题一直受到广大人民重视。海林市在农村建设方面,紧跟国家发展步伐,实施了有关的政策。本文是关于海林市“美丽乡村”建设质量提升路径的研究,论文深入考察了海林市“美丽乡村”建设进展情况、重点工程建设情况及典型乡村发展路径。采用文献综述法、问卷调查法为海林市建立一个具有代表性的“美丽乡村”建设质量评价指标体系,通过《海林市统计年鉴》数据的搜集与主成分分析方法的应用对海林市“美丽乡村”建设影响因素进行分析。结果显示:海林市“美丽乡村”建设具有八大高度正相关指标。最后结合城乡一体化与可持续发展理论对海林市“美丽乡村”建设中所出现的宏观与微观问题,提出了融资健全、科学规划、完善美丽乡村建设制度、优化产业结构、提升村民幸福指数建议和对策,来探寻适合海林市“美丽乡村”建设质量提升的路径,为拓展海林市“美丽乡村”建设的发展观,对我国“美丽乡村”建设能够提供一个可以参考的案例。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of new urbanization, the city gradually extends the material and spiritual civilization to the rural life, resulting in the rural living state gradually approaching the city, resulting in the countryside lost its unique green, natural, Culture and other characteristics. China is a large agricultural country. In the early 1950s, it raised the question of building a new socialist countryside, until 2013, when China started the construction of "beautiful countryside" in an all-round way. The issue of rural development has been attached great importance to by the broad masses of people. Hailin has implemented relevant policies in the field of rural construction, following the pace of national development. This paper is a study on the way to improve the quality of the construction of "beautiful villages" in Hailin. The paper investigates the progress of the construction of "beautiful village" in Hailin City, the construction of key projects and the typical rural development path. The questionnaire survey method established a representative evaluation index system of "beautiful countryside" construction quality for Hailin city. Based on the collection of data from the Statistical Yearbook of Hailin City and the application of principal component analysis method, the factors influencing the construction of "beautiful village" in Hailin city are analyzed. The results show that the construction of "beautiful village" in Hailin city has eight major heights. Finally, combining with the theory of urban and rural integration and sustainable development, the macro and micro problems in the construction of "beautiful countryside" in Hailin City are discussed. The paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to perfect financing, scientific planning, perfect system of beautiful rural construction, optimize industrial structure, and promote villagers' happiness index, in order to find a way to improve the quality of "beautiful village" construction in Hailin. In order to expand the concept of development of the construction of "beautiful village" in Hailin City, it can provide a reference case for the construction of "beautiful village" in our country.
