【摘要】：政党的价值整合是政党壮大其支撑力量的有效途径。政党通过价值整合传播自己的理念,进而落实其所提出的路线、方针与政策等,以巩固其执政基础。价值整合的路径又是多种多样的。党内整合是政党价值整合的基本前提,保证了政党组织的存在;党外整合又是巩固政党地位,凝聚民众力量的必要路径。在柬埔寨王国,因政党政治的不断演变,影响着柬埔寨的政局,也影响着政党的价值整合进程,因此,柬埔寨各时期各主要政党的党内、党外价值整合的有效完成,能够更好地维护其政党的地位。本文试图将柬埔寨政党的价值整合以90年代为界分为前、后两个时期,主要从价值整合的路径选择上来研究,进而分析各时期价值整合的有效与否,最后总结了柬埔寨政党价值整合经验与启示,为柬埔寨政党价值整合的不断完善提供参考借鉴。本文共分为绪论、正文、结语三个部分,其中正文共三章。第一章“90年代以前柬埔寨政党价值整合”。本章介绍了90年代以前各个时期政党的概况及各政党的内部与外部的价值整合进程与成果,并对各时期政党的价值整合的效果进行了分析。第二章“90年代以来柬埔寨政党价值整合”。本章介绍了90年代以来人民党、救国党和奉辛比克党三个主要政党的价值整合的路径,并分析指出政党所处地位对整合路径选择的影响,同时还分析了时下政党价值整合所面临的问题。第三章“柬埔寨政党价值整合的经验与启示”。本章主要从政党价值整合的演变进程,总结了柬埔寨政党价值整合的经验,分析了所得到的启示。
[Abstract]:The value integration of political parties is an effective way for political parties to strengthen their supporting forces. Political parties disseminate their own ideas through value integration, and then implement their proposed routes, principles and policies, etc. Inner-Party integration is the basic premise of party value integration, which ensures the existence of political party organization, while non-party integration is to consolidate the position of political party. In the Kingdom of Cambodia, because of the constant evolution of party politics, which affects the political situation in Cambodia and the process of value integration of political parties, therefore, the main political parties in Cambodia during all periods of time, The effective completion of value integration outside the Party can better safeguard the position of its political party. This paper attempts to divide the value integration of political parties in Cambodia into the former and the latter two periods, mainly from the perspective of the path choice of value integration. Finally, it summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the value integration of political parties in Cambodia, and provides reference for the continuous improvement of the value integration of political parties in Cambodia. This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The first chapter, "value integration of political parties in Cambodia before the 1990s", introduces the general situation of the political parties in each period before the 1990s, and the process and achievements of the integration of the internal and external values of the political parties. The second chapter, "value integration of political parties in Cambodia since the 1990s", introduces the ways of value integration of the three main political parties, the people's Party, the National Salvation Party and the Funcinpec Party since the 1990s. And points out the influence of the position of the political party on the choice of integration path. At the same time, it also analyzes the problems faced by the political party value integration. Chapter three, "the experience and enlightenment of the political party value integration in Cambodia", summarizes the experience of the political party value integration in Cambodia from the evolution process of the political party value integration. The enlightenment is analyzed.
