新时期我国民族团结宣传教育研究

【摘要】:我国多民族国家的基本国情,决定了民族平等、民族团结关乎国家统一、边疆稳定和人民安居乐业,关乎少数民族及民族地区经济社会的发展,也关乎社会主义现代化建设事业的顺利进行。我们一贯重视国内民族问题,坚持民族平等、民族团结原则,切实开展民族工作,并将民族团结宣传教育作为民族工作的重要内容。进入新时期,党和国家采取多种政策与措施,加强民族团结宣传教育,促进民族团结进步,社会主义新型民族关系不断得到巩固与发展。然而,当前在全社会范围内,在广大群众百姓当中,还存在着一些不了解党的民族政策,忽视少数民族现状及其特点的现象,这些现象时常会产生一些涉及民族因素的问题,很容易影响到各族群众之间的民族关系以及民族团结的整体局面。同样需要注意的是,西方部分敌对势力长期以来妄图西化、分化我国的活动从未停止,他们往往以民族宗教问题作为切入点,勾结国内民族分裂势力,进行各种不法活动,破坏我国安定团结的发展局面。拉萨"3.14"事件、乌鲁木齐"7.5"事件,以及敌对分裂势力在我国2008年举办北京奥运会期间的各种"表演",使我们清醒地认识到我国民族团结局面来之不易,民族团结宣传教育仍然任重而道远。因此,研究新时期我国民族团结宣传教育工作,探讨其特点、问题及原因,对健全完善民族团结宣传教育机制提出对策建议,为今后的民族团结宣传教育工作提供启示与借鉴,具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。本论文包括绪论、正文和结语三个部分。绪论,主要介绍本论文的研究缘起与选题意义、相关研究动态、研究内容及研究方法、创新及不足之处等。正文共分为四章。第一章主要概述了 20世纪80年代以前的我国民族团结宣传教育工作,梳理了民族团结思想理念的演变发展,阐述了民族团结宣传教育的具体实践。第二章主要阐述了新时期我国民族团结宣传教育的多种举措,对新时期我国民族团结宣传教育的一些特点进行了分析。第三章指出了新时期我国民族团结宣传教育方面存在的对象不清、形式单调、内容贫乏等问题,并初步分析其原因。第四章探讨了健全完善我国民族团结宣传教育工作体制的对策,提出了民族团结宣传教育的一些启示。结语主要对以上内容进行简单梳理与回顾,并为今后我国的民族团结宣传教育做出了展望。
[Abstract]:The basic national conditions of China's multi-ethnic countries determine the equality of ethnic groups. National unity concerns national unity, stability in the border areas and people living and working in peace and contentment, as well as the economic and social development of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions.It is also related to the smooth progress of socialist modernization.We have always attached importance to national issues at home, adhered to the principles of ethnic equality and national unity, earnestly carried out national work, and made national unity propaganda and education an important part of our national work.In the new period, the Party and the state have adopted a variety of policies and measures to strengthen the propaganda and education of national unity, to promote national unity and progress, and to consolidate and develop the new socialist ethnic relations.However, at present, in the whole society and among the masses and people, there are still some phenomena which do not understand the Party's national policies and ignore the present situation and characteristics of ethnic minorities. These phenomena often give rise to problems involving national factors.It is easy to affect the ethnic relations among the people of all ethnic groups and the overall situation of national unity.It should also be noted that some hostile forces in the West have long sought to westernize and divide our country. They often use ethnic and religious issues as a starting point to collude with the national separatist forces in the country and engage in various illegal activities.Undermine the development of stability and unity in our country.The "14 March" incident in Lhasa, the "7.5" incident in Urumqi, and the various "performances" by hostile separatist forces during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in China have made us soberly realize that the situation of national unity in our country has not come easily.The propaganda and education of national unity still have a long way to go.Therefore, this paper studies the propaganda and education of national unity in our country in the new period, probes into its characteristics, problems and reasons, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the propaganda and education mechanism of national unity, and provides enlightenment and reference for the propaganda and education of national unity in the future.It has important theoretical value and practical significance.This thesis includes three parts: introduction, text and conclusion.Introduction, this paper mainly introduces the origin and significance of the topic, related research trends, research content and research methods, innovation and deficiencies.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter summarizes the propaganda and education of national unity in China before the 1980s, combs the evolution of the concept of national unity, and expounds the concrete practice of national unity propaganda and education.The second chapter mainly elaborated the new period our country national unity propaganda and education many kinds of measures, has carried on the analysis to the new period our country national unity propaganda and education some characteristics.The third chapter points out the problems in the propaganda and education of national unity in the new period, such as unclear object, monotonous form and poor content, and analyzes its causes.Chapter four probes into the countermeasures of perfecting the propaganda and education system of national unity in our country, and puts forward some enlightenments of propaganda and education of national unity.The conclusion briefly combs and reviews the above contents, and looks forward to the propaganda and education of national unity in our country in the future.
