【摘要】：政治制度是一个国家制度体系架构中的核心部分,发挥着重要的引领作用。就制度自信而言,对政治制度的自信是制度自信的关键所在。坚定制度自信,首先就要坚定对政治制度的自信。在全球化进程不断深化的背景下,西方价值观念不断涌入我国,价值多元化的倾向日渐明显。与此同时,西方敌对势力不断攻击、诋毁中国的政治制度,而国内部分民众对中国政治制度的运行机制和内在优势认识不清,对中国特色社会主义政治制度存在程度不同的误解。在这种情况下,理清政治制度自信的概念和内涵、正确认识当前中国政治制度自信面临的问题和挑战,在此基础上探索构建政治制度自信的路径,是对当下现实问题的积极回应,具有重大的现实意义。政治制度自信,顾名思义,就是对我国现行的政治制度充满信心,毫不怀疑,坚信它的确立不仅是符合历史发展潮流的,而且也与我国的国情相适应,能够认识到其科学性和先进性,始终相信中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦也能够通过它而得到实现。政治制度的主体包括党和人民,因此,政治制度自信既是党对领导人民制定的政治制度的自信,同时也是人民对政治制度的自信。本文拟从政治制度自信的概念出发,分四个部分对中国政治制度自信的相关问题进行系统论述。在论文的第一章,对政治制度、政治制度自信的概念进行界定,并分析政治制度自信的内涵、特征,在此基础上阐述坚持政治制度自信的重要意义。在论文的第二章,对“中国特色社会主义政治制度何以自信”这一问题进行回答。本文认为,中国政治制度自信既来源于在经济、文化、社会群众基础方面奠定的坚实基础,又来源于中国在国体、政体、民族区域自治制度和组织原则上形成的巨大优势。在论文的第三章,从国际和国内两个层面,系统分析当前坚持政治制度自信面临的问题及挑战。就国内而言,政治制度自信面临着部分国人对我国政治制度的运行不了解、对我国的政治制度存在着一定程度的不自信、少数“公知”和意见领袖的政治偏见误导国民、西方自由主义思潮扭曲了部分青年人的政治信仰四个方面的挑战。就国际而言,面临着西方和平演变战略、西方政治文化入侵、敌对势力的意识形态攻击带来的巨大压力。在论文的第四章,针对当前中国坚持政治制度自信面临的挑战,提出了坚定中国特色社会主义政治制度自信的具体对策。在国内方面,要加强政治制度的宣传教育、发挥政治制度的功能、提升政治制度的效力、营造政治制度自信的文化氛围;在国际方面,要警惕西方和平演变新手段、抵制西方政治文化的入侵、在国际交流中宣扬我国政治制度的优越性。
[Abstract]:Political system is the core part of a national system structure and plays an important leading role. As far as institutional confidence is concerned, confidence in political system is the key to institutional confidence. To strengthen institutional confidence, first of all, to strengthen confidence in the political system. Under the background of deepening globalization, western values are pouring into our country, and the tendency of value diversification is becoming more and more obvious. At the same time, hostile forces in the West continue to attack and denigrate China's political system. However, some people in China do not have a clear understanding of the operating mechanism and inherent advantages of China's political system. There are different misunderstandings about the political system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In this case, we should clear up the concept and connotation of political system confidence, correctly understand the problems and challenges that China's political system self-confidence is facing, and explore the path of constructing political system confidence on this basis. Is a positive response to the current reality of the problem, has a great practical significance. Self-confidence in the political system, as its name implies, is full of confidence in the current political system in our country, without any doubt. It is firmly believed that its establishment is not only in line with the trend of historical development, but also in accordance with the national conditions of our country. Chinese Dream, who can realize its scientific and advanced nature and always believe in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, can also realize it. The main body of the political system includes the Party and the people. Therefore, the self-confidence of the political system is not only the confidence of the Party in leading the political system formulated by the people, but also the confidence of the people in the political system. Starting from the concept of political system confidence, this paper discusses systematically the related problems of Chinese political system confidence in four parts. In the first chapter, the author defines the concept of political system and political system confidence, analyzes the connotation and characteristics of political system confidence, and then expounds the significance of persisting in political system confidence. In the second chapter, the author answers the question of how to be confident in the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics. This paper holds that the confidence of Chinese political system comes not only from the solid foundation of economy, culture and social mass, but also from the great advantages of China's national system, political system, regional national autonomy system and organization principle. In the third chapter, the paper systematically analyzes the problems and challenges of persisting in political system confidence from the international and domestic levels. At home, the confidence of the political system is confronted with the fact that some people do not understand the operation of the political system of our country, that there is a certain degree of unconfidence in the political system of our country, and that the political prejudice of a few "public knowledge" and opinion leaders misleads the people. Western liberalism has distorted the political beliefs of some young people in four aspects of the challenge. Internationally, it faces the great pressure brought by the western strategy of peaceful evolution, the invasion of western political culture and the ideological attack of hostile forces. In the fourth chapter, aiming at the challenge that China faces in insisting on the confidence of political system, the author puts forward some concrete countermeasures to strengthen the confidence of socialist political system with Chinese characteristics. On the domestic front, we should strengthen the propaganda and education of the political system, give full play to the functions of the political system, enhance the effectiveness of the political system, and create a cultural atmosphere of confidence in the political system.On the international front, we should be alert to the new means of peaceful evolution in the West. Resist the invasion of western political culture and preach the superiority of our political system in international exchange.
