中共十八大以来党内集中教育活动研究

【摘要】：党内集中教育活动是推进党的建设的伟大工程。它不仅改进了党的作风,还教育了全体党员,凝聚了全党的向心力,完成了时代赋予的使命。中共十八大以来,面对新的现实要求,特别是“四风”问题日益严重,我们党亟需通过开展集中教育活动来改善党群关系。于是,党内开展了三次集中教育活动:党的群众路线教育实践活动、“三严三实”专题教育活动和“两学一做”学习教育活动。这三次教育内容不同,实践形式也各有特色,都取得了很好的成效。本文分为五个部分。第一部分是导论部分,包括选题意义,核心概念界定、国内研究现状述评和研究内容等方面来阐述。第二部分主要阐述了十八大以来党内集中教育活动的必要性,主要对其理论依据、历史传统和现实要求三个方面进行论述。第三部分主要论述了十八大以来三次党内集中教育活动的主要内容,这一部分将着重于对其基本内涵和实践形式做具体阐述。第四部分主要总结十八大以来党内集中教育活动的主要成效,包括改进了党的作风、推进了教育活动的长效机制建设和推进了马克思主义大众化三个部分组成。第五部分总结了十八大以来党内集中教育活动的基本经验,首先注重密切联系群众,党员要树立正确的群众观,而且要时刻践行群众路线;其次要注重一切从实际出发,注重解决实际问题,对于不同层次,不同对象等要采取不同的方法;从网络时代这一实际出发,注重运用网络媒介去宣传;最后注重重点教育与普遍教育相统一,不仅要重视对领导干部的重点教育,还要重视对全体党员的普遍教育。
[Abstract]:The centralization education activity within the Party is a great project to promote the Party's construction. It not only improved the Party's style of work, but also educated all Party members, condensed the whole Party's centripetal force, and fulfilled the mission entrusted by the times. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), in the face of new realistic demands, especially the increasingly serious problem of "four winds", our Party urgently needs to improve the relationship between the Party and the masses through centralized education activities. As a result, three concentrated educational activities were carried out within the Party: the Party's mass line education practice, the "three strict and three practical" special education activities and the "two learning and one doing" study and education activities. These three education content is different, the practice form also has the characteristic, has obtained the very good result. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, including the significance of the topic, the definition of the core concepts, the current situation of domestic research and research content to elaborate. The second part mainly expounds the necessity of centralized education activities in the Party since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, mainly discusses its theoretical basis, historical tradition and practical requirements. The third part mainly discusses the main contents of the three inner-party concentrated education activities since the 18th CPC Congress, which will focus on its basic connotation and practical form. The fourth part summarizes the main achievements of the centralized education activities in the Party since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, including the improvement of the Party's style of work, the promotion of the long-term mechanism construction of the educational activities and the promotion of the popularization of Marxism. The fifth part summarizes the basic experience of the centralized education activities within the Party since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. First, they should pay close attention to maintaining close ties with the masses, and party members should establish a correct view of the masses and always practice the mass line; secondly, they should pay attention to everything from the practical point of view. Pay attention to solving practical problems, take different methods for different levels and objects; proceed from the reality of the network age, pay attention to the use of network media to propagate; finally, pay attention to the unification of key education and universal education. We should pay attention not only to the key education of leading cadres, but also to the general education of all Party members.
