老龄化背景下南昌市城镇居民养老模式构建研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济发展,人口老龄化问题是全球都面临的一大难题。由于人口寿命不断延长及持续降低的生育率,南昌市老年人口数量和老年人比重进入飞速增长阶段。江西省作为中部欠发达省份之一,其省会南昌市进入老龄化社会后面临着经济发展、维持社会安宁与稳定、社会保险保障(医疗保险以及卫生保障)等多个方面急迫挑战,当前的养老模式已经逐渐显现出问题,不能满足现存老年人的对于养老的需求,各种养老保障问题正日益暴露出来。本文以南昌市城镇居民为例,在分析养老问题的理论体系与国外经验借鉴的基础上,首先剖析和总结南昌市人口老龄化的基本态势及发展趋势、中老年群体是否愿意养老、养老模式在当前的发展状态以及各个养老模式之间的不同,从而针对南昌市养老模式存在的问题对症下药。其次,基于问卷调查及个案访谈的统计结果,对南昌市的样本老人分别从人口学特征、经济状况、老年人口的家庭生活与子女情况以及对家庭所选择的养老模式进行分析,主要是分析老年人口的基本特点以及对养老模式的选择,运用了SPSS技术分析影响老年人口选择养老模式的主要因素。最后,根据前面所作的调查和分析,对南昌市在老龄化背景下,根据南昌市老年人特点提出合理可行的建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the problem of population aging is a big problem all over the world. Due to the increasing and decreasing fertility rate of the population, the number of the elderly population and the proportion of the elderly population in Nanchang City have entered the stage of rapid growth. As one of the underdeveloped provinces in the middle of Jiangxi Province, Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province, is facing urgent challenges in many aspects, such as economic development, maintaining social tranquillity and stability, and social insurance (medical insurance and health security) after entering an aging society. The current pension model has gradually revealed the problems, can not meet the existing needs of the elderly for the aged, various old-age security problems are increasingly exposed. Taking the urban residents of Nanchang as an example, on the basis of analyzing the theoretical system of old-age problems and the experience of foreign countries, this paper first analyzes and summarizes the basic situation and development trend of the aging population in Nanchang, and whether the middle-aged and elderly people are willing to provide for the aged. Pension model in the current state of development and different pension models, so as to solve the problems of the pension model in Nanchang. Secondly, based on the statistical results of questionnaire and case interviews, this paper analyzes the demographic characteristics, economic status, family life and children's status of the elderly population and the pension model chosen by the family in Nanchang City, respectively. It mainly analyzes the basic characteristics of the elderly population and the choice of the old-age model, and uses SPSS technology to analyze the main factors that affect the old-age population to choose the old-age model. Finally, according to the investigation and analysis above, some reasonable and feasible suggestions are put forward according to the characteristics of the elderly in Nanchang under the background of aging.
