新生代农民工道德问题研究

【摘要】：我国城市化与工业化进程的持续推进,带来了经济的巨大发展,同时也孕育了农民工这一支特殊的群体,并日益成为现代城市建设的主要力量。随着时间的推移,农民工之间的代际转化进程加速,由此新生代农民工的特征逐渐凸显出来。2010年的中央一号文件中,第一次使用了“新生代农民工”的概念,自此以后,对于这一群体的研究越来越多,但是对于这一群体道德问题的研究仍然存在一些问题。而加强对新生代农民工道德问题的研究对于社会主义精神文明建设和现代化都有重要意义。本文主要是在调查问卷数据分析的基础之上,对新生代农民工的基本概念进行界定,主要研究这一群体道德方面存在的主要问题,并通过数据分析这一问题的原因给出相应的对策。在对问卷进行分析的基础之上,把全文分为四个主要部分:一是新生代农民工道德问题研究的前言部分。主要进行概念的定义,选择这一问题的依据、意义以及国内外对于该问题的研究现状等。二是通过调查问卷分析新生代农民工的道德现状及出现的主要问题。通过大量的问卷调查,对这一群体的道德状况有一个清晰明了的认识。三是分析新生代农民工当下道德问题产生的原因。包括农民工自身以及社会等多个因素。四是提出提升新生代农民工道德素质的主要路径。通过构建比较完备的道德教育体系来综合发力。希望通过对新生代农民工这一群体的道德问题进行分析和探讨,为提升这一群体的思想道德水准,并促使他们更好的融入城市生活进而成为文明的新市民贡献一份微薄的力量。
[Abstract]:The continuous advancement of urbanization and industrialization in our country has brought great economic development, at the same time pregnant with the migrant workers as a special group, and has increasingly become the main force in the construction of modern cities. As time goes by, the process of intergenerational transformation between migrant workers accelerates, and the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers gradually become apparent. The concept of "new generation migrant workers" was used for the first time in the first document of the Central Committee in 2010. Since then, the concept of "the new generation of migrant workers" has been used for the first time. There are more and more researches on this group, but there are still some problems in the study of the moral problem of this group. Strengthening the study on the moral problems of the new generation of migrant workers is of great significance to the construction and modernization of socialist spiritual civilization. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data, this paper defines the basic concepts of the new generation of migrant workers, and mainly studies the main problems in the moral aspects of this group. And through the data analysis of the causes of this problem to give the corresponding countermeasures. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire, the paper is divided into four main parts: first, the preface of the study on the moral problems of the new generation migrant workers. The definition of the concept, the basis of choosing this problem, the significance and the research status of the problem at home and abroad are mainly carried out. The second is to analyze the moral status of the new generation of migrant workers and the main problems. Through a large number of questionnaires, there is a clear understanding of the moral status of this group. The third is to analyze the causes of the new generation of migrant workers' current moral problems. Including migrant workers themselves as well as society and other factors. Fourth, the main path to improve the moral quality of the new generation of migrant workers. Through the construction of a relatively complete moral education system to comprehensive efforts. It is hoped that the moral problems of the new generation of migrant workers will be analyzed and discussed in order to promote the ideological and moral standard of this group and to promote their better integration into the city life and then become a new citizen of civilization to contribute a modest strength.
