企业员工幸福观及其培育研究

【摘要】:幸福是人类始终不渝的追求,也是人类社会的永恒命题。可以说,一部人类文明史,就是一部人类不断追求自身幸福生活的历史。然而,近半个多世纪以来,在人类物质财富获得持续高速增长的同时,人类的幸福感却没有获得与之同步的增进,人类精神的失衡尤其是偏离科学的幸福观是一个不可忽视的原因。当今中国正处于经济社会发展全面转型的关键时期,面对改革开放和社会主义市场经济条件下思想意识多元多样多变的新特点,意识形态领域斗争更加复杂尖锐。身处如此现实环境之下,我国企业员工的幸福观必然会受到不同程度的影响和冲击。企业员工作为建设中国特色社会主义的中坚力量,幸福观是否正确不仅关乎个人幸福,更关乎人民幸福和社会主义现代建设事业的兴衰成败。因此,大力培育企业员工树立科学幸福观,不断增强企业员工的幸福感和获得感,就成为企业思想政治教育工作者义不容辞的神圣使命和崇高责任。幸福观是人们对于什么是幸福以及如何获得幸福等人生系统中有关幸福问题的总的看法与根本观点,是一个人的世界观、人生观和价值观在幸福问题上的具体体现。文章以幸福与幸福观的相关概念、主要特征、基本内涵等为切入点,坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的根本立场,重点阐述了幸福观与世界观、人生观、价值观的关系,全面梳理了中西方传统幸福观、马克思主义幸福观以及毛泽东、邓小平等中国共产党人对幸福观理论的创新发展,系统总结了古今中外幸福观的思想演变、内在逻辑和理论基础。与中西方传统幸福观相比,马克思主义幸福观批判继承了人类一切幸福思想精髓,从人的现实生活需求出发,将物质幸福与精神幸福、过程幸福与结果幸福、个人幸福与社会幸福、创造幸福与享受幸福等有机统一起来,突破了中西方传统幸福观的片面性和直观性,彰显出鲜活的理论生命力和巨大的理论潜力,因而是开展企业员工幸福观培育的重要理论指南。培育企业员工构建科学幸福观,就要以马克思主义幸福观为指导,充分汲取中西方传统幸福观积极内核,帮助企业员工正确认知幸福、合理追求幸福,实现企业员工的自由全面发展。围绕这一培育目标,文章通过选取全国不同地区、行业、类型的企业员工作为调研对象,对新时期广大企业员工的幸福诉求、幸福取向、幸福预期等现状进行了深入分析,并从政治多极化、经济全球化、文化多样化、社会信息化、价值多元化等方面,深刻剖析了企业员工幸福观培育所面临现实困境的主客观原因,提出了以坚定理想信念为幸福起点、以强化社会责任为幸福导向、以涵育道德品格为幸福依据、以促进和谐统一为幸福归宿等培育内容,一元主导与多样引导并进、继承传统与求实创新并行、以人为本与系统渗透并重、正面激励与民主管理并举等培育原则,人文关怀与心理疏导相结合、显性教育与隐性教育相结合、理论教育与实践教育相结合、共性教育与个性教育相结合等培育方法,以期引导企业员工将科学幸福观内化于心、外化于行。企业员工幸福观的培育是一个由低到高不断生成的复杂的集合体,离不开一定的物质条件和社会环境。文章立足于我国经济社会发展的新常态和企业员工幸福观的调研现状,从宏观、中观、微观三个维度着手,将社会、企业、员工三者有机结合起来,创造性提出了企业员工幸福观培育的实现路径。在社会层面,要大力倡导公平正义、持续改善民生、坚持以民为本、强化正面舆论,凸显引领全社会的正确幸福导向;在企业层面,要通过组织创新、管理创新、文化创新、机制创新等,切实为企业员工成长成才搭建幸福平台;在个人层面,要全面掌握丰富实用的幸福知识、努力提升高尚优雅的幸福素养、积极塑造阳光乐观的幸福心理,真正提高企业员工感知幸福、创造幸福、享受幸福和传递幸福的能力。总之,培育企业员工幸福观,是一项艰巨而持久的系统工程,必须从社会主义初级阶段的基本国情、企业全面深化改革的现实发展和员工的思想实际出发,综合运用思想教育、舆论引导、文化熏陶、实践养成、政策支持等手段,才能增进企业员工对科学幸福观的思想认同、文化认同、价值认同和情感认同,为建设幸福中国、构建和谐幸福企业提供强大精神动力,让广大企业员工在协调推进"四个全面"战略布局、奋力实现中国梦的时代征程中,享受到尊严与幸福。
