工科高校创新创业教育模式研究

【摘要】:创新创业教育成为近年来我国高等教育人才培养理论研究和实践探索的热点。1989年11月,联合国教科文组织在北京召开了“面向21世纪教育国际研讨会”,会议认为,创业教育与学术性和职业性教育具有同等重要的地位,并把创业教育称为“第三本教育护照”。1999年国家颁布《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》,提出“高等学校要重视和培养大学生的创新、实践能力以及创业精神,普遍提高大学生的人文素养和科学素质”。2010年,教育部下发《关于大力推进高等学校创新创业教育和大学生自主创业工作的意见》,将创新教育和创业教育结合,提出“创新创业教育”的概念,并指出创新创业教育是一种新的教育理念和模式。2012年,教育部颁布了“创业基础”课程教学大纲,要求各高校要积极创造条件,面向全体学生单独开设“创业基础”必修课程,实施创新创业教育,促进高校毕业生就业创业。本文基于创新创业教育在高等教育人才培养中的重大意义,肯定了“将创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程”的科学界定,针对目前我国高校创新创业教育的现状,通过理论分析、比较研究与实际调查等方法,结合工科高校的具体实际,分析创新创业教育的组织模式和运行机制,挖掘创新创业教育的政府、高校、企业和社会组织在共同促进创新创业教育方面的协同机制,设计高校开展的创新创业教育内容体系,进一步提出适合工科高校的“五位一体”的创新创业教育模式。本文的研究内容主要包括以下几方面:1.梳理相关文献,分析我国创新创业教育研究的背景和意义、研究思路与方法,并对国内外相关文献进行了综述。2.系统阐述工科高校创新创业教育的相关概念和理论基础,对工科高校的特点和人才培养模式进行了分析,对创新、创业、创新教育、创业教育以及创新创业教育等概念进行了研究界定,进一步阐明了创新创业教育与创新型人才培养的内在逻辑。3.深入研究国外创新创业教育的主要经验和启示,总结了我国高校开展创新创业教育的发展历程和发展现状,系统阐述我国高校创新创业教育的基本经验和主要问题。4.分析国内高校开展创新创业教育的不同模式,对工科高校开展创新创业教育的模式进行了比较分析,为高校开展创新创业教育提供基础和借鉴。5.结合工科高校的特点,在宏观环境、微观环境、课程设计、实践平台、师资队伍、学生主体等六个方面研究我国工科高校大学生创新创业教育内容体系。6.从政策、学校、平台、资金、学生主体五个方面探索工科高校“五位一体”的创新创业教育体系,并对其运行机制进行了探讨。7.对“五位一体”的工科高校创新创业教育模式进行评价,建立了评价指标,运用模糊层次分析法建立了评价模型,并结合某工科高校创新创业教育的开展情况进行了实证分析。
[Abstract]:Innovative and entrepreneurial education has become a hot spot in the theoretical and practical research of talents training in higher education in China in recent years. November 1989. UNESCO held an International Symposium on Education for 21th century in Beijing, which held that entrepreneurship education is of equal importance to academic and vocational education. In 1999, the government promulgated the decision on deepening Education Reform to promote All-round quality Education, and put forward that "Colleges and Universities should attach importance to and cultivate the innovation of college students." Practice ability and Entrepreneurship, generally improve College students'Humanities and Scientific qualities. 2010. The Ministry of Education issued "opinions on vigorously promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities" and put forward the concept of "innovative entrepreneurship education" by combining innovation education with entrepreneurship education. In 2012, the Ministry of Education issued the syllabus of the course "Entrepreneurship Foundation", which requires all colleges and universities to actively create conditions. This article is based on the significance of innovative entrepreneurship education in the training of talents in higher education based on the importance of innovative entrepreneurship education in the training of talents in higher education, and the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates. This paper affirms the scientific definition of "integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training", aiming at the present situation of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country, through theoretical analysis, comparative research and actual investigation, etc. Combined with the specific practice of engineering colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the organizational model and operation mechanism of innovative entrepreneurship education, and excavates the government and universities of innovative entrepreneurship education. Enterprises and social organizations in the joint promotion of innovative entrepreneurship education collaborative mechanism, the design of innovative entrepreneurship education content system. Further put forward a "five-in-one" innovative entrepreneurship education model suitable for engineering colleges. The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: 1. Combing the relevant literature. This paper analyzes the background and significance of the research on innovative entrepreneurship education in China, the research ideas and methods, and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad. 2. Systematically expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of innovative entrepreneurship education in engineering colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the characteristics and talent training model of engineering colleges and universities, and defines the concepts of innovation, entrepreneurship, innovative education, entrepreneurship education and innovative entrepreneurship education. Further expounds the innovative entrepreneurship education and innovative talent training of the internal logic. 3.in-depth study of the main experience and inspiration of foreign innovative entrepreneurship education. This paper summarizes the development process and current situation of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China. This paper systematically expounds the basic experience and main problems of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China. 4. Analyze the different models of innovative entrepreneurship education in domestic colleges and universities. This paper makes a comparative analysis on the mode of carrying out innovative entrepreneurship education in engineering colleges and universities, and provides the basis and reference for colleges and universities to carry out innovative entrepreneurship education. 5. Combining the characteristics of engineering colleges and universities, in the macro environment and micro environment. Curriculum design, practice platform, teaching staff, students and other six aspects of innovative entrepreneurship education content system. 6. From the policy, school, platform, funds. This paper explores the "five-in-one" innovation and entrepreneurship education system in engineering colleges and universities from five aspects of students' subject, and probes into its operating mechanism. 7. it evaluates the innovative entrepreneurship education model of engineering colleges and universities. The evaluation index is established, the evaluation model is established by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and an empirical analysis is made on the development of innovative entrepreneurship education in a certain engineering university.
