西藏地区马克思主义大众化现实问题研究

【摘要】：推动马克思主义大众化是党的十七大提出的新要求,是事关党和国家前途命运的战略决策。2008年3月,在西藏拉萨等地先后发生了一些骚乱行为,西方媒体也急忙将焦点对准了拉萨和达赖集团,对中国妄加批评;与此同时,奥运火炬传递中受到国外“藏独”分子的破坏与阻挠。这一系列事件的发生,让这个人们印象中神秘、圣洁、几乎与世隔绝的地区受到了社会各界的关注。为什么西方势力对西藏问题表示出如此大的兴趣?为什么藏独势力如此猖狂?如何看待新时期的西藏问题?这些不但引发了人们的深入思考,西藏的政治地位也日益突显。习近平指出,治国必治边,治边先稳藏,西藏的和谐发展、社会稳定事关国家的长治久安。因此,如何统一认识,加快发展,坚持马克思主义的主流意识形态地位,增强其吸引力与感召力,西藏地区马克思主义大众化显得更为重要和紧迫。相比较其他民族地区,西藏地区地理环境、历史文化、宗教信仰等方面的特殊性,决定了该地区马克思主义大众化更值得关注和研究,论文从研究阐述马克思主义大众化的内涵作为出发点,梳理了西藏地区马克思主义大众化的历史进程,划分了从1951年西藏和平解放到2015年西藏第六次工作座谈会之前的四个阶段,通过此过程中我党关于西藏地区各项方针政策的践行情况,总结出马克思主义大众化进程中取得的主要经验,为新时期马克思主义大众化提供借鉴。为了充分了解西藏地区马克思主义大众化的现状,论文主要采用了访谈和调查问卷等方式,对西藏群众、党员、大学生群体关于马克思主义的认知度、社会现状的满意度、重大历史事件和政策的认知以及社会转型时期的思想观念、宗教信仰状况进行了详细调研。总体上看,西藏地区群众、党员、大学生对当前社会状况比较满意,赞同党和国家在西藏的各项方针政策;对马克思主义有一定的认知但了解不深、不够全面;同时在全球化的背景下,文化多元化对西藏地区马克思主义大众化的挑战日益突出,西方敌对势力和达赖集团分裂势力的影响也日益明显。另外伴随着西藏地区社会经济的发展,推动马克思主义大众化也具备了一定的物质、文化基础,党中央对西藏问题的高度重视以及现代化的传播手段的搭建也为马克思主义大众化创造了有利的条件。但是制约西藏地区马克思主义大众化的因素也有很多,其中经济文化水平的相对落后,社会转型期矛盾增多,以及落后风俗习惯和封建农奴思想残余对马克思主义大众化的影响不容忽视。论文特别分析了西藏地区马克思主义大众化存在的特殊困难,有宗教因素的影响;国外“西化”、“分化”势力的干扰;达赖分裂势力的捣乱等,并以此为依据,深入探讨西藏地区马克思主义大众化实践策略。西藏地区马克思主义大众化是一个长期的复杂的系统性工程,必须建立马克思主义大众化的长效机制,必须准确把握大众化的内容和形式,充分发挥不同主体在推进马克思主义大众化中的重要作用,大力引导藏传佛教与中国特色社会主义社会相适应,运用多种传播手段推进西藏地区马克思主义大众化。
