基于企业成长的艺术院校创业教育研究

【摘要】:艺术院校是将技术技能教育和美育融为一体的院校类型,是推动我国经济发展和繁荣我国文化市场的重要动力。在大众创新、万众创业的新形势下,艺术院校学生的创业教育需求越来越高。在国家政策的助推下,大批的艺术类创业企业走向市场,导致艺术市场竞争加剧,企业的成长性问题凸显出来。提高艺术类小微企业的生存能力,助其快速发展进入成长期,提高其成长能力,成为政府部门和社会各界亟待解决的难题。作为服务于学生创业和企业成长的重要教育类型,创业教育成为艺术院校拓展发展思路和服务社会的重要方式,也成为艺术院校亟待探索的问题。本研究旨在阐释基于企业成长的艺术院校创业教育的理论框架,分析艺术院校创业教育和艺术类小微企业成长存在的问题,构建致力于小微艺术企业成长的艺术院校创业教育发展模式。采用文献分析、历史研究、比较研究、访谈、个案分析、问卷调查等方法,借鉴了哲学、教育学、企业管理学、创业学等相关学科的理论,梳理国内外艺术院校创业教育的发展历程及特征,厘清艺术院校创业教育的现实状况,深入分析艺术院校毕业生创建的艺术类小微企业的个性特征、发展困境和成长要素,并以此为基础构建艺术院校创业教育的行动框架,探索适应企业成长的艺术院校创业教育模式。本研究的主要结论是:一是为推动艺术类小微企业成长,艺术院校的创业教育应加强校企互动获得人力资源共享、资金共享、平台共生,要着力培养创业者的创业精神、创业能力及创新能力等方面素养,加强创业者的技术技能积累,增加创业的专业化实践活动,并通过现代学徒制激发学生的创业意愿、培养学生的合作能力,增强学生的职业道德,推动和引导艺术院校创业者的创业活动。二是艺术院院校学生对创业存在认识上的偏差,他们大多对创业活动不甚了解,却抱有很高的期待,而学校创业教育的开展情况并不乐观,在某种程度上影响了学生正确的创业意识和创业精神的形成。三是国外艺术院校的创业教育注重将创业教育融入专业教育中,注重学生技术技能的培养及与产业合作,注重整合社会资源,强调创新与创意的完美结合,注重全过程体验学习。四是艺术院校创业教育要树立以学生发展为本、以市场需求为向、以专业成长为根、以作品创作为体的思维模式,要搭建教育服务平台,构建教育联动模型,建立以作品为组织的实践模式,以需求为导向的教学模式,建立学校自我更新的评价机制、创业者的评价学习机制、企业孵化平台的检验机制和政府评价相结合的多维评价体系。
[Abstract]:Art colleges and universities are the types of institutions that integrate technical skills education with aesthetic education, and are the important driving forces to promote the economic development and prosperity of our country's cultural market. Under the new situation of mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship, With the help of national policies, a large number of art startups have moved to the market, which has led to the intensification of competition in the art market. The problem of enterprise growth is highlighted. To improve the survival ability of art small and micro enterprises, to help their rapid development into the growth period, to improve their growth ability, As an important type of education to serve students' entrepreneurship and enterprise growth, entrepreneurship education has become an important way for art colleges to expand their development ideas and serve the society. The purpose of this study is to explain the theoretical framework of entrepreneurship education in art colleges based on enterprise growth, and to analyze the problems existing in entrepreneurship education and the growth of art small and micro enterprises in art colleges and universities. The development model of entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities which is devoted to the growth of small and micro art enterprises is constructed. The methods of literature analysis, historical research, comparative study, interview, case analysis, questionnaire survey and so on are used for reference, such as philosophy, education, enterprise management, etc. The theory of entrepreneurship and other related disciplines, combing the development process and characteristics of entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities at home and abroad, clarifying the reality of entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities, and deeply analyzing the personality characteristics of small and micro enterprises of art type created by graduates of art colleges and universities. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: first, to promote the growth of art small and micro enterprises, and to build a framework of action for entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities, and to explore the model of entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities that adapt to the growth of enterprises, the main conclusions of this study are: first, to promote the growth of art small and micro enterprises, The entrepreneurship education in art colleges should strengthen the sharing of human resources, the sharing of funds, the symbiosis of platform, the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit, the ability of entrepreneurship and the ability of innovation, and the accumulation of technical skills of entrepreneurs. To increase professional practical activities of entrepreneurship, and through modern apprenticeship system to stimulate students' willingness to start a business, to cultivate students' ability to cooperate, and to enhance students' professional ethics. Promoting and guiding the entrepreneurial activities of art college entrepreneurs. Second, the students of the Academy of Art have a bias in their understanding of entrepreneurship. Most of them do not know much about the entrepreneurial activities, but they have high expectations. However, the development of school entrepreneurship education is not optimistic, which to some extent affects the students' correct sense of entrepreneurship and the formation of entrepreneurial spirit. Third, entrepreneurship education in foreign art colleges pays attention to integrating entrepreneurship education into professional education. We should pay attention to the cultivation of students' technical skills and cooperation with industry, to the integration of social resources, to the perfect combination of innovation and creativity, and to the whole process of experiential learning. Based on the market demand, the professional growth as the root, and the creation of the works as the body, we should build the educational service platform, build the educational linkage model, establish the practical model with the work as the organization, and the teaching mode with the demand as the direction. The evaluation mechanism of school self-renewal, the evaluation and learning mechanism of entrepreneurs, the inspection mechanism of enterprise incubation platform and the multi-dimensional evaluation system of government evaluation are established.
