高等学校中的社会性别偏差问题与性别意识教育研究

【摘要】:由于在长期的历史发展过程中,在世界范围内曾普遍地存在着男权制的社会制度与文化,一直在社会性别制度乃至整个社会权利关系、社会文化意识的建构中,形成了限制女性以第二性的社会位置而存在的社会意识形态,导致男女两性一直在参与高等教育中存在事实上的明显的性别不平等问题。在高等教育领域,自从西方女权运动兴起以后,女性才逐步获得参与高等教育的机会,但时至今日还仍存有许多社会性别偏差问题或性别不平等问题。目前我国高等学校中的社会性别偏差问题或性别不平等问题并未得到实质上的解决,其不良后果从某种程度上衡量或许正日益突出。在高等教育大众化发展的今天,如何有效地消解高等教育中的性别歧视等性别不平等问题以促进高等教育中的性别平等发展,既是一个重要的经济社会问题,也是一个重要的教育理论与实践问题。目前,性别平等发展作为人本发展的根本要求,是最基本的权利关系诉求,是衡量一个民族或社会能否发展的重要尺度和标准,而高等教育的性别平等是实现社会性别平等发展的重要目标之一。因此,围绕研究高等学校中的性别不平等问题而关注大学生的社会性别意识教育问题,分析社会性别意识教育对于重构高校中广大学生尤其是高师院校学生、教师以及管理者的性别社会价值观的意义,探讨高校中实施性别意识教育,从意识形态和人文素养的塑造入手逐步解构高校中的社会性别偏差或不平等问题,消除性别偏见、性别刻板印象等在高校教育中的潜在不利影响是非常必要的,有利于促进高等教育性别平等发展,推进男女平等基本国策在高校教育领域的贯彻落实。本研究从社会性别视角透视我国目前高等学校中主要存在的社会性别偏差问题或性别不平等现象,重点探索了导致高等学校中的社会性别偏差问题和影响高校教育性别平等发展的关键因素,阐明将社会性别意识教育纳入高校人才培养体系的重要意义、必要性、可行性,提出将社会性别意识教育纳入高校人才培养体系的理性层面与实践层面的构想,力求为新时代下高校德育与综合素质教育改革、高等教育教师教育改革以及推动高等教育性别平等、构建先进性别文化提供依据和启示。 社会性别与发展理论结合教育性别平等理念是本研究的重要理论基点。社会性别与发展理论尤其关注运用性别分析探索两性发展中的不平等性偏差和歧视,为解读和审视人类的知识体系和性别观念提供了新的研究视角和分析方法,其主张和采用的社会性别分析方法现已成为改变不公平的社会性别结构、促进两性共同发展的有力工具。在研究和解决高等教育性别偏差问题时,社会性别与发展理论为之提供了新的理论支点和研究视角。本研究以社会性别作为探查教育问题的重要分析手段,将社会性别视角和教育性别偏差问题有机结合,多角度深入剖析了当前制约我国高校教育性别不平等发展的主要问题及其实质,并发现解决高等教育性别偏差问题的主要着力点和突破口。本研究采用文献法和社会性别分析法,在研究中凸显性别向度,立足于我国高等教育性别平等发展的实际进行了深入分析和研究。 本研究主要内容包括五章。第一章围绕将社会性别偏差作为社会问题的厘清,基于女性主义视角进行社会性别的本质阐释,从社会性别观念的创生入手,分析了社会性别为何是反映和解析社会问题的重要范畴,以及社会性别的建构机制与成因;重点探讨了社会性别偏差问题的实质,社会性别偏差问题的产生与性别偏差具象;围绕分析中国传统性别制度、性别文化对社会性别偏差问题的建构,揭示社会性别偏差问题在中国历史中的展延以及在现代中国中的客观存在情况。第二章围绕社会性别如何作为教育问题的诠释,指出社会性别偏差问题是构成教育问题的重要因素与分析教育问题的重要向度;进一步揭示社会性别偏差问题用以解析高等教育公平问题的意蕴,基于社会性别视域探析高等教育中的社会性别偏差问题,摭采社会性别视角透视出的高等学校中的社会性别偏差问题众象,重点探析了高等学校中的社会性别偏差问题的主要表现、导致高等学校中的社会性别偏差问题的主要因素和解决问题的主要对策。第三章围绕探析高校实施社会性别意识教育的意蕴及其价值,分析了社会性别意识及其形成,探讨了当代大学生社会性别意识现状,社会性别意识教育的意蕴,以及高校中实施社会性别意识教育的教育价值与社会价值。第四章围绕社会性别意识教育已有的发展概况,比较分析了国外社会性别意识教育的发展概况及经验启示,国内高校社会性别意识教育发展现状及存在的问题;论证了突出社会性别意识教育的女子高校在推动高校性别意识教育中的特殊作用,以及国内外女子高校进行社会性别意识教育的特色示范与实践经验。第五章重点围绕我国高校实施社会性别意识教育的主要目标与措施,探讨建构高校德育的性别意识培养向度、赋予高校专业人才综合素质结构以性别意识、将性别意识教育纳入高师教育主流体系、彰显性别问题学术研究、推动性别意识教育的教育行政管理和规范性别课程体系建设问题;提出建构社会性别发展性高校德育模式,在高校人才培养方案中建构性别意识通识教育和在教师教育中实施性别意识教育的主要措施。 本研究认为,社会性别偏差问题是作为社会问题的客观实在,是诸多社会问题的构成成分,是反映和解析社会问题的重要范畴。性别首先是人类基本社会制度形成的基石,社会性别的影响和作用存在于整个社会所有的制度、机制、组织与行为之中。社会性别偏差问题作为社会问题而存在,表现为两性在基本的社会关系中尤其是社会权力关系上出现了人为的不公正、不平等的性别区隔,集中反映在社会各个领域中的社会性别偏差与性别不平等问题。社会性别偏差问题展延在中国漫长历史中也依然是现代中国中的客观实在。社会性别偏差问题是在一定的社会制度体系中以构成性别的符号所表达的社会问题,在本质上反映和解释了性别不平等问题形成与延续的范式。性别制度因素与性别文化因素是形成社会性别的主要因素,社会性别制度对人施加的影响事实上是通过性别文化及其影响下的性别观与性别意识的直接影响得以实现的。其中,性别观是建构性别的价值取向及性别关系的意识根源。性别偏差问题的社会本质在于性别不平等,其形成的直接因素在于传统的性别文化建构形成的社会的与个体的性别观及性别意识。传统性别文化境域、性别形成的主要社会化作用者与个体的社会学习机制之间的动态的循环交互作用是个体性别的社会差异的心理机制。同时,社会性别偏差问题也是作为教育问题的客观实在,是构成教育问题的重要因素与分析教育问题的重要向度。性别平等是构成和评价学校教育公平的重要尺度,是衡量学校教育人本发展的自然维度,是评价学校教育平等的关键指标。教育中的社会性别偏差问题是教育中的最为基本的问题之一。其中,高校教育的性别平等发展问题既是一个教育公平问题,更是一个影响经济社会科学发展的重大问题。在高校教育现实中,尚存在诸多事实上的性别不平等问题。从某种意义上讲,高等教育中的社会性别偏差问题集中体现为女性不平等地参与高等教育的问题。即使在我国高等教育大众化目标逐步实现的当下,由于经济、文化、家庭等条件制约和传统习惯势力的影响,我国女性在平等参与高校教育的诸多宏观或微观层面上仍严重存在着事实上的性别偏差问题,女性接受高校教育在数量、层次和质量等方面,在入学机会、教育过程、教育结果和性别意识现状方面,与男性存在明显性别偏差。聚焦于高等学校领域,高校教育社会性别偏差问题主要形成于教育系统内部,导致的主要外因在于传统性别文化观念。导致高校教育中的社会性别偏差问题和影响高校教育性别平等发展的潜在的最主要的因素在于教育中的传统的性别观念与性别意识,解决上述问题的有效路径将在于在高等学校进行社会性别意识教育。所以,本研究探究了我国高校性别意识教育正确实施和发展应该确立的诸如建构高校德育的性别意识培养向度、赋予高校专业人才综合素质结构以性别意识、将性别意识教育纳入高师教育主流体系、彰显性别问题学术研究、加强性别意识教育的教育行政管理、规范性别课程体系建设等性别意识教育建设要件方面的原则与向度,并论证了建构实施性别意识通识教育的社会性别发展性高校德育模式,建构实施高校性别意识通识教育课程体系的范式和规范管理高校性别意识教师教育的主体方案构想,为推动新时代下高校综合素质教育改革、高师教育改革,规范建设高等学校实施性别意识教育的各个要件,逐步解构、消除高等教育中的性别偏差问题,促进高等教育性别平等发展,构建先进性别文化,推进男女平等基本国策在高等教育领域的贯彻落实,将提供较有力的理论依据和有效的实践参考。 此外,本研究认为,未来的高校性别意识教育研究应围绕性别意识教育的教育学科的学理建构、教学论层面的理论研究与实证研究、高师教师教育研究、教材建设研究以及进行性别意识教育效果检验方面的心理学实证研究等进行更为深入的探索。
[Abstract]:In the course of long-term historical development, there was a universal social system and culture of patriarchy in the world. It has always been in the social gender system and even the whole social rights relationship. In the construction of social and cultural consciousness, the social ideology that restricts women's secondary social position has been formed, leading to the sex of men and women. There has been a significant gender inequality in higher education. In the field of higher education, since the rise of the Western feminist movement, women have gradually gained the opportunity to participate in higher education. However, there are still many social gender deviations or gender inequalities today. The problem of gender bias or gender inequality has not been solved in a substantial way, and its adverse consequences may be more and more prominent in a way. Today, how to effectively eliminate gender inequality in higher education, such as gender discrimination, to promote gender equality in higher education. Exhibition is not only an important economic and social problem, but also an important problem of educational theory and practice. At present, the development of gender equality is the basic requirement of human development. It is the most basic claim of right relationship. It is an important measure and standard to measure the development of a nation or society, and the gender equality of higher education is the realization of society. One of the important goals of gender equality development is to focus on the problem of gender awareness in college and to analyze the gender awareness education of college students, and to analyze the significance of gender awareness education to the reconstruction of the gender social values of students, teachers and managers in Colleges and universities, especially in Higher Normal Colleges and universities. It is necessary to deconstruct the gender bias or inequality in Colleges and universities, to eliminate gender bias and gender stereotype in Colleges and universities, and to promote gender equality in higher education and promote men and women. The basic national policy of equality is implemented in the field of education in Colleges and universities. This study focuses on the gender bias and gender inequality in our higher schools from the gender perspective, and focuses on the key factors that lead to the gender bias in higher schools and the key factors that affect the gender equality development of Colleges and universities. This paper expounds the importance, necessity and feasibility of bringing the education of gender consciousness into the training system of talents in Colleges and universities, and puts forward the rational and practical aspects of integrating the education of gender consciousness into the training system of talents in Colleges and universities, and strives for the reform of moral education and comprehensive quality education in Colleges and universities in the new era and the reform of higher education teachers' education. And promote gender equality in higher education, and provide the basis and inspiration for building advanced gender culture.
Gender and development theory in combination with the concept of gender equality in education is an important theoretical basis for this study. The theory of gender and development is particularly concerned with the use of gender analysis to explore unequal deviations and discrimination in the development of the sexes, and provides a new perspective and analytical method for reading and examining the knowledge and gender concept of human beings. The method of social gender analysis advocated and adopted has now become a powerful tool to change the unfair social gender structure and promote the common development of the sexes. In the study and solution of the gender bias in higher education, the theory of gender and development provides a new theoretical fulcrum and research perspective. The important analysis means of education problem, combining the social gender perspective with the problem of gender bias in education, analyses the main problems and essence that restrict the development of gender inequality in Higher Education in our country, and finds out the main point and breakthrough of solving the problem of gender bias in higher education. With the method of social gender analysis, the gender orientation is highlighted in the study, and the development of gender equality in Higher Education in China is deeply analyzed and studied.
The main contents of this study include five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the definition of social gender bias as a social problem and the essential interpretation of gender based on the feminist perspective. Starting with the creation of social gender concept, this paper analyzes why social gender is an important category reflecting and analyzing social questions and the construction mechanism of gender. It focuses on the essence of gender bias, the emergence of gender bias and gender bias, and the analysis of Chinese traditional gender system, the construction of gender culture, the extension of gender bias in Chinese history and the objective existence in modern China. In the case of the situation. The second chapter focuses on how social sex is an educational issue, pointing out that gender bias is an important factor in the problem of education and the importance of analysis education, and further reveals the implications of gender bias in the analysis of the problem of equity in higher education, and on the basis of gender perspective. The fourth chapter focuses on the social gender meaning. The fifth chapter focuses on the main objectives and measures for the implementation of gender awareness education in Colleges and universities in China, and discusses the development of gender awareness in college moral education, giving the comprehensive quality structure of college professional talents with gender consciousness, and incorporating gender awareness education into the University. The mainstream system of higher normal education highlights the academic research on gender issues, promotes the education administration of gender awareness and standardizing the construction of the gender curriculum system, and proposes the construction of the moral education model of gender development in Colleges and universities, the construction of gender awareness education and the implementation of gender consciousness in Teachers' education. This study believes that gender bias is an objective reality of social problems, a component of many social problems, an important category to reflect and analyze social problems. Gender is the cornerstone of the basic social system, and the influence and role of gender exist in all social systems, mechanisms, organizations and As a social problem, gender bias exists as a social problem. It shows that there are human injustices in the basic social relations, especially social power relations, unequal gender segregation, and the gender bias and gender inequality in all fields of society. The direct factors in the formation of inequality lie in the social and individual gender perspectives and gender consciousness formed by the traditional gender culture construction. The dynamic cyclic interaction between the main socialized actors of gender formation and the social learning mechanism of the individual is the psychological mechanism of the social differences of the individual sex. At the same time, the gender bias is also an objective reality of education problems, an important factor which constitutes an important factor in education and the analysis of educational problems. Gender equality is an important measure to form and evaluate the equity of school education. It is a self dimension to measure the development of school education, and is the key index for evaluating the equality of education in schools. The gender bias in education is one of the most basic problems in education. The problem of gender equality in college education is not only a problem of educational equity, but also a major issue affecting the development of economic and social sciences. In the reality of higher education, there are many factual problems of gender inequality. In a sense, the gender bias in higher education is concentrated on the problem of women's unequal participation in higher education. Even at the moment of the gradual realization of the goal of the popularization of higher education in China, because of the constraints of economic, cultural and family conditions and the influence of traditional customary forces, women in our country are equally involved in the education of colleges and universities. There is still a serious problem of gender bias on both macro and micro levels. Women accept college education in terms of quantity, level and quality, and there are obvious gender deviations from men in terms of entrance opportunities, education process, education results and gender consciousness. The main cause of the problem is in the education system. The main external cause lies in the traditional gender culture concept. The most important factor in the gender bias and the gender equality development in higher education lies in the traditional gender concept and sexual consciousness in education, and the effective way to solve these problems will be effective. Therefore, this study explores the correct implementation and development of gender awareness education in Colleges and universities in China, such as the establishment of gender awareness of moral education in Colleges and universities, endow the comprehensive quality structure of college professionals with gender awareness, and bring the education of gender consciousness into the mainstream of higher normal education. The system is to highlight the academic research on gender issues, strengthen the administrative management of gender awareness education, standardize the principles and orientation of gender awareness education, and demonstrate the construction and implementation of gender awareness education mode for the implementation of gender awareness education, and the construction and implementation of gender awareness in Colleges and universities. In order to promote the reform of the comprehensive quality education in the new era, the reform of higher normal education and the standardization of the construction of gender awareness education in higher education institutions, it will gradually deconstruct, eliminate the problem of gender bias in higher education and promote higher education. The development of gender equality in education, the construction of advanced gender culture, and the implementation of the basic national policy of equality between men and women in the field of higher education will provide a more powerful theoretical basis and effective practical reference.
In addition, this study holds that the future study of gender awareness education in Colleges and universities should focus on the construction of the educational discipline of gender consciousness education, theoretical research and empirical research at the level of teaching, the study of teachers' Education in higher normal schools, the research of teaching materials and the psychological empirical research on the effect test of gender consciousness education.
