汉语侦查讯问话语中的身份构建研究

  语言与身份之间的关系是一个十分重要的课题。人类学、社会学、心理学、文学等多个领域的研究者都对此进行了相关研究,语言学学者也不例外。目前,聚焦身份话语构建的研究一般认为,会话参与者在交流互动过程中呈现的社会身份和个人身份不是本质性的或固定不变的,而是在具体会话语境中的语用建构物。汉语侦查讯问话语是一种典型的机构话语,它无疑反映和建构了民警和嫌疑人的身份,并昭示二者之间不对等的权势关系。然而,当前对汉语侦查讯问话语的研究,过于强调交际双方既有的机构身份,忽视二者在具体会话语境中身份的复杂性和多面性,更缺乏对身份构建具体语言手段的考察。因此,以汉语侦查讯问话语为研究对象,对身份的语言构建进行深入研究具有十分重要的意义。本研究正是通过考察民警和嫌疑人在会话中的语言手段,试图发现交际双方在讯问过程中构建的多重身份;通过分析会话双方身份构建过程中的冲突和协商机制,阐释影响交际双方身份构建的相关因素。本研究获得了相关部门的许可,收集了某基层派出所100例治安案件的讯问录像。笔者按照Jefferson的转写体系对语料进行了转写,语料一共约十七万字。本研究以会话分析为研究方法,以对研究对象进行质性分析为...
