无线透地通信语音压缩与识别的研究

【摘要】:本课题来源于“山西省自然科学基金资助项目(2013011019-2):用于矿井救灾穿透地层无线信道的研究”。我国有着丰富的矿产资源储量。其中,煤炭资源作为一种燃料资源,长年以来在我国社会经济发展中扮演了重要的角色。我国煤炭年开采量一直处于世界领先位置。在煤炭生产过程中,安全事故的时有发生,使得研究与发展能用于矿井的无线透地通信救灾系统成为一种迫切需要。而无线透地通信不同于有线通信,或地面上的无线通信,由于信号传输需要穿透地层的这个特殊性,使得其通信信道资源十分紧张。关于无线透地通信的研究也因诸如此类的原因,进展一直较为缓慢。本文以无线透地通信系统原理为基础,立足于当代通信技术的发展,针对在信源端对语音信号进行压缩以确保语音信号高效传输并由此节约信道资源的问题,提出了将一种低编码速率MELP(Mixed Excitation Linear Prediction)编码算法应用于矿井无线透地通信,并以MELP为基础提出了两种编码速率更低的压缩方案。其主要工作内容如下:(1)论述了无线透地通信系统的相关原理,并对通信信道的特性做了分析,得出了无线透地通信系统中传输语音信号的工作频率范围;分析了无线透地通信中存在的干扰种类以及降低干扰影响的途径。(2)通过对相关理论基础的分析,本文提出将MELP应用于矿井无线透地通信中。论述了语音产生模型及编码算法基础,针对实现MELP的基础技术制定了部分算法参数。(3)指出了MELP编码速率低但合成语音质量高的技术关键点,建立了MELP声码器,进行了详细的MELP编码算法设计分析,制定了编码算法的仿真参数。(4)对MELP语音编码算法在矿井无线透地通信中的应用进行了仿真验证,并以此为基础提出了两种速率更低的编码方案:2.044kb/s和1.8kb/s。此两种改进方案出发点和着眼点,是基于降低每帧发送的比特数及缩短每帧帧长这两种手段。得出结论表明,将MELP语音编码应用于矿井无线透地通信中的方案是可行的,基于MELP的2.044kb/s和1.8kb/s的编码方案,其合成语音质量有明显降低,但可被人为主观识别。可根据实际情况将其作为语音编码的备选方案应用于无线透地通信中。本课题的研究结论,对无线透地通信中如何选择语音压缩编码方案具有一定的指导意义,也为语音编码方案的应用提供了部分理论基础,具有一定可行性和实用性。
[Abstract]:This project comes from the project of Shanxi Natural Science Fund (2013011019-2): the research on the wireless channel of mine disaster relief through stratum. There are abundant reserves of mineral resources in our country. As a kind of fuel resources, coal resources have played an important role in the social and economic development of our country for a long period of year. The annual coal mining in China has always been in the leading position in the world. In the process of coal production, safety accidents happen, so it is an urgent need to study and develop the wireless communication disaster relief system which can be used in the mine. And wireless ground penetrating communication is different from wired communication or wireless communication on the ground. Because of the particularity of signal transmission, the resource of communication channel is very intense. The research on wireless ground communication has also been slow because of such reasons. Based on the wireless through the earth communication system based on the principle, based on the development of contemporary communication technology, aiming at the source end of the voice signal compression to ensure efficient transmission of voice signal and thus save the channel resources, put forward a low encoding rate of MELP (Mixed Excitation Linear Prediction) encoding algorithm to mine wireless transmission application communication and MELP based compression scheme is proposed for two lower encoding rate. The main contents are as follows: (1) discusses the principle of wireless through the earth communication system, and the characteristics of the communication channel is analyzed, obtained through the wireless frequency range of voice signal transmission communication system; through analysis of wireless communication in the presence of interference types and ways to reduce the interference. (2) through the analysis of the theoretical basis of the relevant theory, this paper puts forward the application of MELP to the mine wireless transmission of ground communication. The speech generation model and the foundation of the coding algorithm are discussed. Some algorithm parameters are formulated for the basic technology to realize the MELP. (3) points out the key points of MELP encoding rate, but the quality of synthesized speech is high. The MELP vocoder is established, and the detailed MELP coding algorithm is designed and analyzed, and the simulation parameters of the encoding algorithm are worked out. (4) the application of MELP speech coding algorithm in the mine wireless ground penetrating communication is simulated and verified. Based on it, two low rate coding schemes: 2.044kb/s and 1.8kb/s are put forward. The starting point and the eye point of the two improvements are based on the two means of reducing the number of bits sent per frame and shortening the frame length of each frame. The conclusion shows that it is feasible to apply MELP speech coding to mine wireless ground penetrating communication, and the coding scheme of 2.044kb/s and 1.8kb/s based on MELP has obvious reduction in synthetic speech quality, but it can be identified by human. According to the actual situation, it can be used as a speech coding alternative in wireless transmission of ground communication. The research conclusion of this study has some guiding significance for how to choose speech compression coding scheme in wireless earth penetrating communication, and also provides some theoretical basis for the application of speech coding scheme, which is feasible and practical.
