济阳县看守所安防监控综合管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:作为机关部门的重要组成部分,看守所在社会劳教等方面扮演着重要的角色。济阳县看守所作为管理本县的劳教机关,负责对辖区内部的嫌疑犯人等人群进行管理。基于目前现代化安防建设的趋势,济阳县看守所决定对其内部的整体安防能力进行全面提升,根据其部署灵活、管理高效、实时联动等多方面的特点,对所内目前存在的各种弊端进行综合提升。基于上述需求,济阳县看守所决定进行安防监控综合管理系统的研发。安防监控综合管理系统的研发过程中,采用了 B/S架构、MVC设计模式、SSH框架、Oracle11g数据库、Tomcat7.0中间件等技术。B/S架构、MVC设计模式的引用奠定了系统的技术架构基础。根据MVC设计模式的基本思想,这里确认了数据持久、前台展示、业务处理等技术层面,并以此为基础采用了 SSH框架(由Hibernate、Struts、Spring整合而成)。这种框架将三种各具特色的轻量级框架进行了集成。另外,Oracle11g数据库以及Tomcat7.0等中间件的引用,在增强系统数据安全性稳定性的同时,简化了系统部署的工作任务。安防监控综合管理系统实现了监控中心管理、视频录像管理、日常运转管理、图形化管理等主要功能。其中监控中心管理功能包括监控中心执行、本地轮巡组管理、电视墙管理以及监控查看。视频录像管理功能包括录像管理以及视频巡更管理。日常运转管理功能包括值班管理、督察统计、告警日报表管理以及设备在线巡检等。图形化管理功能包括电子地图管理以及三维模型操作等子功能。安防监控综合管理系统的研发工作与看守所等机关的日常工作特点相结合,充分考虑到该行业业务的特殊性、重要性与即时性。通过简洁的功能设计以及明确的职责划分,有利于工作人员对看守所内部的情况进行全面系统的掌握,对出现的紧急特殊情况做到良好的应对,通过这些措施,保证了看守所日常业务的正常运转,有利于维持内部良好秩序的延续,提升了日常工作处理的规范性,为维护社会治安奠定了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the Department, the guard plays an important role in the social labor and education. The detention center of Jiyang County, as the management of the county's labor and education organs, is responsible for the management of suspected prisoners and other people within the jurisdiction. Based on the trend of modern security construction, the detention center of Jiyang county has decided to enhance its overall security capability. According to the characteristics of its flexible deployment, efficient management and real-time linkage, the existing malpractices in the county have been comprehensively promoted. Based on the above requirements, the Jiyang County guard has decided to carry out the research and development of the integrated security monitoring and control system. During the research and development of integrated management system for security monitoring, B/S architecture, MVC design mode, SSH framework, Oracle11g database and Tomcat7.0 middleware technology are applied. The reference of the B/S architecture and the MVC design pattern lays the foundation of the system's technical architecture. According to the basic idea of MVC design mode, we have confirmed the data persistence, foreground display, business processing and other technical aspects, and based on it, we have adopted the SSH framework (integrated by Hibernate, Struts and Spring). This framework integrates three lightweight frameworks with different features. In addition, the Oracle11g database and Tomcat7.0 middleware are used to enhance the stability of data security, while simplifying the task of system deployment. The comprehensive management system of security monitoring and control has realized the main functions of monitoring center management, video video management, daily operation management, graphic management and so on. The monitoring center management functions include monitoring center execution, local wheel patrol management, TV wall management and monitoring and viewing. Video management functions include video management, video management. Daily operation management functions include duty management, supervision statistics, alarm daily table management, and equipment online inspection. The graphical management functions include the management of electronic map and the sub function of 3D model operation. The research and development of the integrated management system for security monitoring and management is combined with the daily work characteristics of the detention houses and other agencies, taking into account the particularity, importance and immediacy of the industry. The function design is simple and clear division of responsibilities, a comprehensive system for the staff of the detention center within the grasp of the situation, the urgent and special circumstances appear to do a good deal, through these measures, to ensure the normal operation of the daily business, continue to maintain the good order of the internal promotion of. Specification for daily work processing, and laid a solid foundation for the maintenance of social order.
