【摘要】:电动平车适用于短距离定点频繁运输重物,它作为企业厂房内部、厂房与厂房之间的首选运输工具,大大节约了人力,提高了生产效率。为了满足电动平车特殊环境的使用要求,实现负载运输过程的全自动化,本文完成了电动平车控制系统的设计。首先根据电动平车的技术指标要求制定设计方案,采用PLC可编程控制器控制,单台变频电动机双轮驱动,激光测距和电动推杆机械定位共同实现准确定位的方案;接着对电气控制系统的硬件进行设计,包括电气原理图设计和核心设备的选型,电气原理图在设计过程中分为PLC电路、配电电路和控制回路三部分,核心电气设备包括PLC可编程控制器、电动机、变频器、位移传感器和触摸显示屏,由于电动平车工作在爆炸性气体环境中,因此必须选择满足相应防爆等级要求的电气设备,对于无防爆型产品的设备安装单独的防爆外壳;然后进行电气控制系统的软件设计,包括PLC控制程序和人机交互界面的设计,PLC控制程序利用STEP7编程环境下的LAD编程语言、模块化编程方式编辑,人机交互界面采用触摸屏厂家自带的FD2000组态软件编辑;最后进行电动平车控制系统的桌面调试和整车联试。本次设计的电动平车控制系统符合技术指标要求,实现了货物运输过程的全自动化。电动平车试运状况良好,达到了预期目标,能够在爆炸性气体环境中平稳运行并准确定位、可靠制动,具有操作简便、承载能力大、使用寿命长、维修容易和性能稳定等优点。
[Abstract]:Electric flat car is suitable for the frequent transportation of heavy objects at short distance fixed points. It is the first choice transportation tool between the factory building and the factory building, which greatly saves manpower. In order to meet the requirements of the special environment of electric flat car, the full automation of the load transportation process is realized. In this paper, the design of electric flat car control system is completed. Firstly, according to the technical requirements of electric flat car, the design scheme is formulated, the PLC programmable controller is used to control the control system, and the single frequency conversion motor is driven by two wheels. Laser ranging and mechanical positioning of electric push rod to achieve accurate positioning scheme; Then the hardware of the electrical control system is designed, including the electrical schematic design and the selection of core equipment. The electrical schematic diagram is divided into three parts: PLC circuit, distribution circuit and control circuit. Core electrical devices include PLC programmable controllers, motors, inverters, displacement sensors and touch screens, due to electric flat cars operating in explosive gas environments. Therefore, it is necessary to select the electrical equipment that meets the requirements of the corresponding explosion-proof grade, and install a separate explosion-proof shell for the equipment without explosion-proof products; Then the software design of the electrical control system is carried out, including the design of the PLC control program and the interface between human and computer. The PLC control program uses the LAD programming language under the STEP7 programming environment. Modular programming mode editing, man-machine interaction interface with the touch screen manufacturer's own FD2000 configuration software editing; Finally, the electric flat car control system desktop debugging and the whole car test. This design of electric flat car control system meets the technical requirements. The electric flat car is in good condition and reaches the expected goal. It can run smoothly in the explosive gas environment, locate accurately and brake reliably. It is easy to operate. Large bearing capacity, long service life, easy maintenance and stable performance.
