高校资助管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:高校资助管理的规模日益扩大,为了帮助我国全日制普通高等学校的贫困家庭的学生顺利进入大学并且能够顺利完成学业,我国逐步建立了一些多元化的资助贫困家庭学生的政策体系,包括特殊困难补助、勤工助学、学生贷款、奖学金、学费减免等。将计算机技术应用到高校资助日常管理中,研制高效的高校资助管理系统,既可以有助于提高高校资助管理的标准化和网络化程度,又可以促进高校学生资助工作的不断创新和发展。本文首先在深入调研基础上分析了研发高校资助管理系统的必要性和紧迫性,探讨了系统研制涉及的相关技术,尤其对系统研发的B/S、C/S架构、.Net技术、数据库原理与技术等予以深入学习和掌握。在此基础之上遵循软件工程的原则和软件工程过程,对高校资助管理系统的整体解决方案及提炼的系统用户登录、贫困生管理、奖助学金管理等功能进行了详尽的需求分析,系统设计、实现与测试。系统研制的初步应用和阶段成果,说明系统各项功能达到预期目标。应用实践证明,高校资助管理系统能够提高资助管理的工作效率,降低办公成本,使资助工作信息化水平进一步提高。
[Abstract]:In order to help the students from poor families of full-time colleges and universities in our country enter the university smoothly and finish their studies smoothly, the scale of the financial aid management in colleges and universities is expanding day by day. China has gradually set up a number of diversified policy systems for subsidizing students from poor families, including special hardship allowance, part-time study, student loans, scholarships, tuition remission, etc. Computer technology has been applied to the daily management of financial assistance in colleges and universities. The development of an efficient financial aid management system in colleges and universities can not only help to improve the standardization and networking of financial aid management in colleges and universities, At the same time, it can promote the innovation and development of college student financial aid work. Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of the research and development of the financial aid management system in colleges and universities, and discusses the related technologies involved in the development of the system. In particular, the B / S / C / S architecture technology, database principle and technology of the system are deeply studied and mastered. On this basis, the principles of software engineering and the process of software engineering are followed. The overall solution of the financial aid management system in colleges and universities and the system user login, poor student management, scholarship management and other functions of the system are analyzed and designed in detail. The preliminary application and stage results of the system development show that the functions of the system reach the expected goal. The application practice proves that the financial aid management system in colleges and universities can improve the work efficiency of financial support management and reduce the office cost.
