当前我国电视人才流失问题及对策研究

【摘要】:互联网技术的不断进步,改变着大众的生活方式,也使得媒介形态发生着日新月异的变化。新媒体的快速兴起和发展,使得传媒行业竞争加剧,传统电视台想要在激烈的竞争环境中长盛不衰,关键还是要积极发挥人的作用。但从目前来看,由于传媒行业环境发生激变,不少有能力有才干的电视人纷纷辞职离开,以至于从2000年至今,电视行业掀起一波波“离职潮”,使得电视台面临着人才资源不足的困境。电视台人才流失问题,并非是单纯的人员“出走”问题,相反它是一种潜伏的危机,为电视事业的进步和发展埋下了诸多隐患。本文在媒介融合的大背景下,选取电视台人才流失这一现象作为研究对象,旨在深挖“离职潮”背后的真正原因,并审视电视台在人事管理体制上存有的不足,在此基础上从人才流失事先预防、事中管理、事后控制入手,构建一个可行的,有现实意义的电视台人才流失管理机制,以此促进电视行业的稳健发展。
[Abstract]:The continuous progress of Internet technology, changing the way of life of the public, also make the media form changes with each passing day. With the rapid rise and development of new media, the competition of media industry intensifies. If traditional TV stations want to survive in the fierce competition environment, the key is to give full play to the role of people. But at present, as a result of the drastic changes in the media industry environment, many capable and talented TV people have resigned and left. So far from 2000 to now, the television industry has set off a wave of "departures". Make TV station face the predicament that talent resource is insufficient. The problem of brain drain of TV station is not simply the problem of "running away", on the contrary, it is a kind of latent crisis, which has buried many hidden dangers for the progress and development of television industry. Under the background of media integration, this paper selects the phenomenon of talent drain of TV stations as the research object, aiming to dig into the real reasons behind the "leaving tide" and to examine the shortcomings of the personnel management system of TV stations. On this basis, starting with the prevention of brain drain in advance, the management in the event, and the control after the event, a feasible and realistic management mechanism of the brain drain of TV station is constructed, so as to promote the steady development of the television industry.
