某装配车间生产线平衡问题研究

【摘要】:生产线平衡问题一直是制造行业有待解决的问题,是衡量企业是否具有竞争力的重要指标。它能够解决合理安排生产线的人力,生产力和装备运力问题。论文旨在不违反现场施工原则的情况下,将各个工序合理分配给各个工位,以提高生产线的平衡率,提高企业生产力为目的。论文首先针对生产线平衡理论进行研究,对比了遗传算法、蚁群算法和人工鱼群算法的优缺点,并引用改进人工鱼群算法对生产线平衡问题进行研究。其次,以某汽车衡装配生产线为例,根据现有工艺流程,对汽车衡生产线进行作业单元划分和作业时间测定,得出各个工位工时柱状图,直观地显示出汽车衡生产线平衡率较低的问题。第三,根据发现的问题建立数学模型,设定约束条件,做出作业优先关系图。在此基础上,在基本人工鱼群算法的基础上加入遗传因子,对汽车衡生产线上的作业进行重新编码,交叉,变异,译码,重新排列和重组,搜寻最优解,以此改进工艺流程。使用MATLAB软件对汽车衡生产线进行仿真运算,并根据其仿真结果分别计算其生产平衡率及平滑指数。最后结合实际情况,将算法模拟优化出的结果加以调整,对改善后的汽车衡生产线进行效果分析和评价。论文运用改进人工鱼群算法对生产线平衡问题进行探索研究,降低了生产节拍,提高了生产平衡率,为企业实现资源优化配置更近了一步,也提高了企业的经济效益。
[Abstract]:Production line balance has always been a problem to be solved in manufacturing industry and an important index to measure the competitiveness of enterprises. It can solve the problem of rational arrangement of production line manpower, productivity and equipment capacity. The purpose of this paper is not to violate the principle of construction on the spot, to allocate each working procedure to each station reasonably, in order to improve the balance rate of production line and the productivity of enterprise. In this paper, the balance theory of production line is studied, and the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm, ant colony algorithm and artificial fish swarm algorithm are compared, and the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm is used to study the balance problem of production line. Secondly, taking the assembly line of a certain truck scale as an example, according to the existing technological process, the working unit division and working time measurement of the vehicle scale production line are carried out, and the man-hour histogram of each work station is obtained. The problem of low balance rate of automobile scale production line is shown intuitively. Thirdly, the mathematical model is established according to the discovered problems, the constraint conditions are set up, and the work-first relation diagram is made. On this basis, genetic factors are added to the basic artificial fish swarm algorithm to recode, cross, mutate, decode, rearrange and reorganize, search for optimal solutions, and improve the process flow. The MATLAB software is used to simulate the automobile scale production line, and the production balance rate and the smoothing index are calculated according to the simulation results. Finally, combined with the actual situation, the results of the algorithm simulation and optimization are adjusted to analyze and evaluate the effect of the improved vehicle scale production line. In this paper, the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm is used to explore and study the production line balance problem, which reduces the production rhythm, increases the production balance rate, and improves the economic benefit of the enterprise.
