高校图书馆机构知识服务用户参与理论与应用研究

【摘要】:知识已成为组织机构中至关重要的战略资源,高校既是知识的生产机构,也是知识的消费机构,高校图书馆知识管理与知识服务任重道远。知识管理需要用户参与,知识服务离不开用户参与。为深入研究高校图书馆机构知识服务的用户参与理论,本文在文献综述的基础上,概括了高校图书馆机构知识服务用户参与的内涵,论述了高校图书馆机构知识服务用户参与的必要性、必然性和可行性,借用技术接受模型理论分析了影响用户参与度的主要因素,并通过实验研究的方法,采用TechSmith公司研发的工具软件Morae研究了知识服务平台的可用性。高校图书馆机构知识服务是以知识资源为基础,为机构成员提供面向教学、科研、管理和学科建设的知识服务。为了提升服务成效,特别强调用户参与服务过程。由于服务内容具有知识性与机构性双重特征,所以本文称之为机构知识服务。用户参与的本质是服务客体的主动性,即用户主动要求或接受高校图书馆提供的知识服务,而且服务过程伴随着用户参与的投入,投入越多表明用户参与程度越高。依据参与程度的不同,本文将高校图书馆机构知识服务的用户参与分为出席、合作、替代三个层次。影响高校图书馆机构知识服务用户参与度的因素较多,本文通过构建高校图书馆机构知识服务的用户参与度模型,以科研成果统计服务为例进行实证分析,结果显示,便易性、信息性、从众性因素通过感知易用性、感知有用性和感知愉悦性三类中介变量对用户参与度产生影响。其中,便易性因素中的“服务平台的可用性”对高校图书馆机构知识服务用户参与度的影响较为显著。以某大学机构知识服务平台为实例,利用Morae软件开展了可用性研究。通过对24名高校教师参与的实验数据进行分析,得出改善高校图书馆机构知识服务平台可用性的几点策略:提高机构知识服务平台导航栏和各个模块名称的准确性;优化机构知识服务平台的页面布局;加强宣传让用户对高校图书馆机构知识服务平台更加了解;强化服务平台的信息推送功能等。
[Abstract]:Knowledge has become an important strategic resource in the organization. The university is not only the production organization of knowledge, but also the consuming institution of knowledge. The knowledge management and knowledge service of university library have a long way to go. Knowledge management needs user participation, and knowledge service cannot be separated from user participation. In order to deeply study the theory of user participation in institutional knowledge service of university library, this paper summarizes the connotation of user participation in institutional knowledge service of university library on the basis of literature review. This paper discusses the necessity, inevitability and feasibility of user participation in institutional knowledge service of university library, analyzes the main factors influencing user participation by using the theory of technology acceptance model, and through the method of experimental research. The usability of the knowledge service platform is studied by using the tool software Morae developed by TechSmith Company. The institutional knowledge service of university library is based on the knowledge resource, and provides the knowledge service for the members of the institution oriented to teaching, scientific research, management and discipline construction. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the service, special emphasis is placed on user participation in the service process. Because the service content has the dual characteristics of knowledge and organization, it is called institutional knowledge service. The essence of user participation is the initiative of the service object, that is, the user actively requests or accepts the knowledge service provided by the university library, and the service process is accompanied by the input of the user participation, the more the input, the higher the degree of user participation. According to the different degree of participation, this paper divides the user participation of institutional knowledge service of university library into three levels: attendance, cooperation and substitution. There are many factors that influence the user participation in institutional knowledge service of university library. This paper, by constructing the model of user participation in institutional knowledge service of university library, taking the statistical service of scientific research achievement as an example, makes an empirical analysis, and the result shows that it is easy to use. The factors of information and conformity affect the user participation through three kinds of intermediary variables: perceived usability, perceived usefulness and perceived pleasure. Among them, the usability of service platform has a significant influence on the user participation of institutional knowledge service in university library. Taking a university knowledge service platform as an example, the usability research is carried out by using Morae software. By analyzing the experimental data of 24 university teachers, several strategies to improve the usability of institutional knowledge service platform of university library are obtained: improving the accuracy of navigation bar and each module name of institutional knowledge service platform; Optimize the page layout of the institutional knowledge service platform; strengthen the propaganda to let the user know more about the institutional knowledge service platform of the university library; strengthen the information push function of the service platform and so on.
