基于语义互操作的维修拆装过程建模与仿真方法研究

【摘要】:维修拆装是虚拟维修训练中的重要组成部分,准确模拟维修拆装过程,对开发维修训练设备起着至关重要的作用,完善的虚拟训练设备对系统性的培训维修机务人员的拆装能力有着重要的意义。飞机维修拆装过程涉及零部件繁杂,拆装资源种类多,以往的维修拆装过程模型没有对维修拆装知识概念进行统一的定义,忽略了知识的重用与共享,在对模型进行仿真实现的过程中对同一个概念产生一词多义或多词同义的情况,造成不同模型组件之间在进行交互操作时容易产生语义异构问题。针对以上问题,本文提出构建基于语义互操作的维修拆装过程模型,该模型能够使维修拆装过程有着统一的语义基础,避免语义歧义的产生。具体工作如下:首先,以航线维修拆装过程为研究对象,依据飞机维护手册(AMM),研究维修拆装过程,结合语义互操作概念,分析出基于语义互操作建模的关键问题:语义形式化和消除语义异构。其次,针对上述关键问题,找出合理的解决方案。第一,针对语义形式化问题,选用本体论技术,确定本体研究领域,分析维修拆装过程知识,构建维修拆装过程领域本体,使维修拆装过程中的概念及概念之间关系有明确的定义,实现拆装知识的共享性与重用性。第二,针对语义异构消除问题,在维修拆装领域本体的基础上,结合UML类图的建模方法,建立基于本体的维修拆装过程模型,使模型组件之间在相同的语义基础之上进行交互,从而避免了语义歧义的产生。最后,借助本实验室开发的3D仿真平台,提出本体驱动的仿真框架,并以拆装甚高频收发机为例,对维修拆装过程模型实例进行仿真验证。仿真结果证明该模型实现了拆装知识的共享性与重用性,避免了模型组件交互操作时语义歧义问题的产生。
[Abstract]:Maintenance disassembly and disassembly is an important part of virtual maintenance training. It plays an important role in developing maintenance training equipment by accurately simulating the process of maintenance disassembly and assembly. Perfect virtual training equipment is of great significance for systematic training of maintenance crew's ability of disassembly and assembly. Aircraft maintenance and disassembly process involves complicated parts and many kinds of disassembly and assembly resources. The former maintenance and disassembly process model does not have a unified definition of the concept of maintenance, disassembly and assembly knowledge, and neglects the reuse and sharing of knowledge. In the process of simulation and implementation of the model, a word polysemy or multi-word synonym is produced for the same concept, which leads to the semantic heterogeneity of different model components when they interact with each other. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a maintenance and disassembly process model based on semantic interoperability, which can make the maintenance and disassembly process have a unified semantic basis and avoid semantic ambiguity. The specific work is as follows: firstly, taking the course of route maintenance and disassembly as the research object, according to the aircraft maintenance manual (AMM), the paper studies the process of maintenance and disassembly, and combines the concept of semantic interoperability. The key problems of semantic interoperability modeling are analyzed: semantic formalization and elimination of semantic heterogeneity. Secondly, in view of the above key problem, find out the reasonable solution. First, aiming at the problem of semantic formalization, we select ontology technology to determine the domain of ontology research, analyze the knowledge of maintenance and disassembly process, and construct the domain ontology of maintenance and disassembly process. The concept and the relationship between the concepts in the process of maintenance and disassembly are clearly defined to realize the sharing and reuse of the knowledge of disassembly and disassembly. Secondly, aiming at the problem of eliminating semantic heterogeneity, the maintenance and disassembly process model based on UML class diagram is established on the basis of maintenance and disassembly domain ontology, which makes the model components interact with each other on the same semantic basis. In order to avoid semantic ambiguity. Finally, with the help of the 3D simulation platform developed by our laboratory, an ontology-driven simulation framework is proposed, and the example of the VHF transceiver is taken as an example to verify the model of the maintenance and disassembly process. The simulation results show that the model realizes the sharing and reusability of disassembly knowledge and avoids the semantic ambiguity in the interactive operation of model components.
