基于SharePoint的数字化城市管理系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:随着城市化进程的发展,城市规模在不断扩大,对城市管理水平的要求越来越高,数字化城市管理系统已在全国一百多个城市试点建设,是现代化城市管理的必然趋势。本文利用微软企业协同管理平台Share Point2010及Share Point相关技术,包括Share Point页面布局页开发、Share Point母版页编写、门户网站管理、工作流及相关配置,同时结合SQL Server数据库、.NET相关技术、Web Service技术、网络技术等。形成一套信息化的建设要求标准,建立一系列高效的业务流程管理平台系统,使各个环节产生的业务信息安全传递,实现相关部门的有关业务数据、资源共享交互的“协作桥梁”。本文首先通过某城市着手建设的数字化城市管理系统实际情况出发,在调研的基础上,以两个“主轴”为核心,以系统的基本功能需求和业务流程为主线,对系统的功能做出分析确认,将系统的基本功能模块分为:数据采集、监督受理、协同工作、领导督办、基础数据、应用维护及综合评价等七大基础功能子系统,以提供城市管理需要并满足业务流程变化的及时应对。其次运用Share Point相关技术、Web Service、工作流、.NET相关等技术,针对系统的各个子系统进行了详细的功能设计,模块的接口设计,实现流程与服务的转化、服务与服务之间的交互,同时采用流程、时序图、数据表等清楚的规划与表达,为系统的合理、高效提供基础保障与完善系统设计。然后使用SQL Server设计传统的关系型数据库表和Share Point列表来分别对业务所需数据和系统基础数据进行存储,确保数据的安全与独立。最后结合数字化城市管理系统的业务流程实现了系统的数据采集、监督受理,协同工作等主要子系统功能,并对其进行了合理的测试与分析,测试表明,本文数字化城市管理系统基本满足某市的日常管理所需。本文在实现数字化城市管理系统之后,以城市基础设施日常管理应用和城市突发事件应用业务流程开展了实地验证,并取得了良好的应用效果。使人为或自然灾害所导致的城市基础设施受影响或破坏,对其进行高效的处理,在城市市容和人们生活环境提高方面有着重大的意义,同时极大地发挥出数字化城市管理系统的应用价值。

After realizing the digital urban management system, this paper has carried on the field verification with the urban infrastructure daily management application and the urban emergency application business process, and has obtained the good application effect. It is of great significance to affect or destroy the urban infrastructure caused by man-made or natural disasters and to deal with it efficiently in terms of the appearance of the city and the improvement of people's living environment, At the same time, it gives full play to the application value of digital urban management system.
