基于三维草图的模型快速创建

【摘要】:在设计三维模型初期,设计师会构建一些概念模型,利用透视绘图等方法绘制专业的二维草图,但是深度信息的缺失降低了二维草图对三维物体的表现力。幸而得益于计算机图形学和可视化的发展,三维草图建模技术应运而生。本文提出了一种简单,快捷的基于三维草图的建模方法。该方法提供了一套完整的从草图绘制到模型创建的建模流程,允许用户在自由定义的绘图平面上绘制描述模型特征的三维草图,并根据草图创建三维模型。基于三维草图的模型创建算法使用分治的思想,主要分为三个步骤:首先利用三维草图网络的几何信息和拓扑信息搜索围成模型表面的圈集合。然后基于Laplacian框架计算草图网络中每个圈的目标平均曲率及法向量并生成曲面片。最后将曲面片拼接成完整的三维模型。比起现有的基于草图的交互式建模工具,本文方法能够充分保证模型创建结果与设计师预期一致。本文方法具有操作简单,建模速度快,建模结果准确的特点。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of designing 3D model, designers will construct some conceptual models and draw professional 2D sketches by means of perspective drawing, but the lack of depth information reduces the expressive force of 2D sketches on 3D objects. Fortunately, thanks to the development of computer graphics and visualization, 3D sketch modeling technology emerges as the times require. In this paper, a simple and fast modeling method based on 3D sketch is proposed. This method provides a complete set of modeling flow from sketching to model creation, which allows users to draw 3D sketches describing the features of the model on the freely defined drawing plane, and to create 3D models according to sketches. The model creation algorithm based on 3D sketch uses the idea of divide and conquer, which is divided into three steps: firstly, the geometric information and topological information of 3D sketch network are used to search the circle set around the surface of the model. Then, based on the Laplacian framework, the target average curvature and normal vector of each cycle in the sketch network are calculated and the surface patches are generated. Finally, the surface patches are spliced into a complete three-dimensional model. Compared with the existing sketch-based interactive modeling tools, this method can fully ensure that the results of model creation are consistent with the expectations of designers. The method in this paper has the characteristics of simple operation, fast modeling speed and accurate modeling results.
