TP-LINK公司技术创新战略研究

技术创新战略是企业发展战略的重要组成部分,对它的管理是为了获取可持续发展的竞争力,即怎样更好的发挥企业内部的资源、能力、知识、文化等优势来适应外界环境中的机遇与威胁,从而击败竞争对手的活动。它最为重要的作用是使企业的竞争地位发生改变,帮助企业寻找到一个新的、更有力的立足点建立长久的竞争优势。但是,由于外界环境的多变性、信息收集的不对称性以及人的有限理性等因素的影响,面对同行业不同企业的战略竞争,技术创新战略实施的结果并不能完全达到预期的效果,必须随时思索切实的战略实施期望结果以不断调整企业的战略。本文主要以跨国企业TP-LINK为模版,阐述其基本情概况和面临的有关技术创新的难题,并运用案例分析法,SWOT分析法等多种方式,解析TP-LINK如何通过针对内、外部环境的分析,结合自身优劣势,来解决当前的问题。最后建议其做出果断的技术创新战略决策,包括战略目标、战略选择、保障措施等,并随着环境变化逐步调整各项实施措施,如建立全球研发中心,选择和开发全新技术,以及采用新的国际化模式,以此保障并推进技术创新的有效进行,在市场的历练中逐渐获得自身的核心竞争力,赢取稳定市场。在文章的最后论述了此次研...
