【摘要】：目的:本研究希望通过整理古代文献,整理古籍中选用期门穴的相关条文,以探讨其主治病症,取穴依据和取穴时机,了解其诊治思路,并期望总结运用期门穴的规律和特色,探讨其在临床上的应用。此外,本研究也希望透过搜索近代中外文献,进行统计与分析,了解期门穴在现代应用的情形,对照古今主治病症,提升期门穴临床应用更开阔更深入的可能性。本研究还整理了期门穴的穴名、定位、刺灸法、针灸注意事项,安全性及其防治针灸意外等内容,为针灸适宜病症研究提供腧穴研究的示范,为期门穴临床应用和科研提供理论依据。研究方法与步骤:以文献研究法为主,佐以统计分析法。古代文献主要查自湖南电子音像出版社所出版的《中华医典》第五版电子丛书。本版中华医典是目前搜集最完整的版本。资料搜集时按期门穴和肝募穴名称进行检索、摘录。通过计算机检索及人工阅读,搜集期门相关的古代文献条文后,根据订定文献条文的纳入标准和条文排除标准将文献条文录入EXCEL数据库。先将文献内容根据单穴主治和配伍主治分成二大类,再进一步按照临床适宜病症中医内科、外科、妇科、儿科、眼科、耳鼻喉科等进行统计归类;接着运用频数统计法对期门穴治疗病症进行统计。现代文献主要从中国知网,万方数据库,维普期刊网中和Google学术搜寻查取。其中重复的临床文献研究做了统一筛选。同样的将文献内容先根据单穴主治和配伍主治分类,再进一步按照临床适宜病症分类整理。为了确保检索的全面性,根据不同的数据库特点采用关键词检索,主要包括:期门穴,肝募穴,肝胆病,文献研究,适应病等。检索词的选择来源主要有国家规划教材《针灸学》、《刺法灸法学》等。英文检索词采用"Qimen","literature review","Liver-Mu point"。成果:经过归纳整理,总结出古代文献中期门穴适宜病症。结果:在古代文献中,期门单穴治疗病症共计62种,腧穴配伍治疗病症共计62种,除去重复的21种病症;最后得出期门穴在古代医书中的总适宜病症103种。而在现代文献中,应用期门穴单穴治疗病症共计3种,腧穴配伍治疗病症共计24种,除去重复的1种病症;最后得出期门穴在现代临床应用的适宜病症为26种。对照古今期门适应症病可以发现,古代文献适应病症多达100种,现代临床应用搜集到的有26种,大多集中在消化系统的肝胆肠胃系疾病以及妇科疾病。可知关于期门穴主治应用仍有很大发展的空间。
