MiR-100-3p通过下调BMPR2抑制胃癌恶性生物学行为

研究背景:胃癌(Gastric carcinoma)是胃黏膜上皮来源的恶性肿瘤,2018年中国癌症报告显示胃癌发生率居第二位,死亡率位居第三位,其好发于中老年人群,男性中高发,男性发病率是女性的两倍。胃癌可发生于胃的任何部位,胃窦部癌占一半以上。胃癌病因有多种因素,第一:胃癌发病率在不同区域发病率不同,国内东西部及北方地区胃癌发病率高于南部地区。流行病学调查发现东西部及北方地区的人群,有熏烤和腌制食品的习惯,经过腌制或者熏烤的食物中亚硝酸盐、多环芳烃化合物等毒性物质含量增高;第二:幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染,幽门螺杆菌可导致硝酸盐转化成亚硝酸盐和亚硝胺并导致胃癌;Hp感染定植于胃黏膜上皮后,可以产生Cag A、Vac A有毒产物,尤其Cag A具有一定的促癌作用;第三:一些胃的癌前病变,良性疾病行胃部分切除后的残胃,腺瘤性息肉、萎缩性胃炎,而这些病变因为手术改变导致反流刺激和Hp感染促使胃黏膜上皮变成肠上皮化生或非典型增生,最终转变为癌,而增生性息肉属于非肿瘤性息,一般不会发生癌变。第四:遗传因素,在临床工作我们发现部分胃癌患者具有家族性,一方面可能是共同的饮食习惯,另一方面具有相同遗传背...
