英语动结构式的认知研究

英语动结构式因其复杂的语义关系和句法表现一直以来都是语言学界研究的热点之一。已有研究从多方面对英语动结构式进行论述,但对其构式特征及能产性的研究比较有限。因此,本研究从认知视角主要探讨英语动结构式的句法,语义特征以及能产性问题。基于此,本文主要回答三个问题:1)英语动结构式的句法特征是什么?2)英语动结构式的语义特征是什么?3)满足英语动结构式能产性的允准条件是什么?本文基于事件结构和构式语法理论,对大量英语动结构式语料进行分析后,主要有以下发现:1)英语动结构式有以下句法特征:英语动结构式中的动词呈现出句法及物性的特征,即使是传统语法中的不及物动词;动结构式的宾语可以是常规宾语,也可以是反身宾语、假宾语等非常规宾语。常规宾语是动词的论元,而非常规宾语则是由构式提供的论元;英语动结构式中表征结果状态的补语可以是形容词短语、介词短语、小品词以及名词短语等类型,此外,动词与结果补语存在着搭配偏好。2)英语动结构式有以下语义特征:英语动结构式的语义基础与反映人类经验的基本情景直接相联;动词意义和构式意义之间存在双向的互动关系。构式赋予动词新的意义,而动词的意义决定了某个参与者角色是否能够进入...
