金枪鱼渔业国际市场结构及竞争态势研究

【摘要】:金枪鱼渔业作为远洋渔业和海洋经济的重要组成部分,在世界远洋渔业中占有重要的经济地位,其发展受到各远洋渔业大国的高度重视和大力扶持。随着金枪鱼渔业国际竞争形势加剧为维护海洋资源的可持续发展,各渔业管理组织对国际海洋资源保护和渔业管理日益严格,各渔业国家也加强了对其海里专属经济区的渔业资源的保护力度,加之国际贸易形势的复杂多变,各国对渔业资源的争夺和市场的抢占也越发激烈。经过30多年的发展,我国已逐渐成为远洋捕捞大国,远洋捕捞渔业渔获量和贸易量均位居世界前列,然而,我国金枪鱼渔业起步较晚,金枪鱼渔业的发展在国际上生存面临巨大压力,国际竞争形势激烈,对我国金枪鱼渔业发展造成了极大阻碍。本文旨在研究世界金枪鱼渔业捕捞、贸易状况和结构特征,判断国际竞争态势和格局,通过市场结构理论完善后的SCP分析范式,从市场结构、市场行为以及市场绩效三个范畴研究金枪鱼渔业产业组织的结构。本文具体分为7个部分,第一部分引言,分析了金枪鱼渔业国际市场结构的研究背景及意义,研究方法及框架。第二部分是国内外相关研究综述,通过梳理市场结构理论和该理论在各产业中的应用,为进一步开展研究提供理论支撑。第三部分金枪鱼渔业市场概况及结构特征,对金枪鱼全球捕捞、贸易、消费等情况进行分析,通过市场集中率CRn、赫菲德尔指数HHI等指标定量分析市场结构。第四部分,从生产企业、政府、渔业管理组织三个层面定性分析研究市场参与者的市场行为,以及这些行为对于市场结构造成的变化。本文第五部分通过市场占有率MS、贸易专业化指数TSC等分析各个国家和地区的竞争绩效和竞争态势。本文第六部分,从产业组织理论的角度定性分析市场结构的影响因素,探究市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效三者之间的关系,并提出相应建议。第七部分是本文结论。经过以上分析,本文得出基本结论:(1)金枪鱼渔获量的增长,为金枪鱼在国际市场上流通提供了保障,市场需求促进生产,生产为消费提供保障,世界主要金枪鱼类捕捞大国大多是金枪鱼的贸易大国和消费大国;(2)金枪鱼国际生产和贸易垄断集中程度降低,竞争的有效性不断加强;(3)金枪鱼的市场结构促进了各参与者采取相应的市场行为,而由于生产企业、各国政府和渔业管理组织这些参与者采取的市场行为由直接或间接的影响金枪鱼市场结构的变化;(4)市场集中度、产品差别化、进入和退出壁垒是金枪鱼市场结构的特征,这些因素之间相互联系,相互影响,它们也在很大程度上影响了金枪鱼产地市场和进出口市场的结构;(5)泰国在金枪鱼加工产品贸易上具有优势,我国生鲜或冷冻金枪鱼的贸易竞争力较为薄弱,而印尼在金枪鱼所有产品的贸易专业化程度上都具有较强的优势;(6)金枪鱼渔业市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效三者之间是互相影响,相互作用。最后本文提出三点建议:行业组织发挥作用,牵头共同维护金枪鱼市场有效竞争;生产企业积极发展,提高生产研发能力立足国际市场;政府创造条件,切实金枪鱼渔业发展保驾护航。
[Abstract]:Tuna fishery is an important part of ocean fishery and marine economy, occupies an important position in the world economy in Pelagic Fisheries, its development is the ocean fishery country attaches great importance to and vigorously support. With the international competition situation intensified tuna fisheries in order to ensure sustainable development of marine resources, fisheries management organizations are increasingly strict on international marine resources protection the National Fisheries and fisheries management, and strengthen the protection of the exclusive economic zone of the fishery resources, and the international trade situation is complicated and changeable, seize the countries on fishery resources and the market competition is increasingly fierce. After 30 years of development, China has gradually become a deep-sea fishing country, ocean fishery catches and the volume of trade are among the highest in the world, however, China's tuna fishery started late, the development of tuna fisheries survival in the world Facing great pressure, fierce international competition situation, caused great obstacles to the development of tuna fishery in China. This paper aims to study the world tuna fishing, trade status and structure characteristics, determine the situation of international competition and pattern, through the improvement of the theory of market structure after the SCP paradigm, from the market structure, market behavior and market structure performance three the research category of tuna fishery industrial organization. This paper is divided into 7 parts, the first part is the introduction, analyzes the background and significance of international market structure of tuna fishery, research methods and framework. The second part is the domestic and foreign related research, through analyzing the market structure theory and the application of the theory in various industries, providing theory support for the further research. The third part of the tuna fishery market overview and structural characteristics, trade of global tuna fishing, and consumption etc. Through the analysis, the market concentration rate of CRn, market structure analysis Hofi Del index HHI index quantitatively. The fourth part, from the government, enterprises, fisheries management organizations from three aspects of qualitative analysis of market behavior of market participants, and these behaviors for changes in market structure into. In the fifth part through the market share of MS, competition the performance and competition of trade specialization index TSC analysis of various countries and regions. The sixth part of this paper, from the angle of industrial organization theory qualitative analysis of influencing factors of market structure, explore the relationship between market structure, market behavior and market performance of the three, and put forward the corresponding suggestions. The seventh part is the conclusion through the above analysis. In this paper, it draws the conclusion: (1) the growth of tuna, tuna provides a guarantee for the circulation in the international market, the market demand for production, life Property to provide protection for the consumer, most of the world tuna fishing country is a big country in the main trade country and tuna tuna consumption; (2) international production and trade monopoly concentration decreased, continue to strengthen the effectiveness of competition; (3) the market structure of tuna promoted the participants to take corresponding market behavior, and the production enterprises governments and fisheries management organizations of these participants to take the market behavior by direct or indirect influence changes in tuna market structure; (4) the degree of market concentration, product differentiation, entry and exit barriers are characteristic of tuna market structure, these factors interact and influence each other, they also have great influence on the origin and structure of the import and export of tuna market market; (5) Thailand has advantages in tuna processing trade, China's fresh or frozen tuna trade competitiveness For the weak, and Indonesia all products in the tuna trade specialization degree has a strong advantage; (6) tuna fishery market structure, market behavior and market performance between the three is mutual influence, interaction. Finally this paper puts forward three suggestions: the role of industry organizations, led jointly maintain effective competition in the market of tuna; the positive development of production enterprises, improve the production ability of research and development based on the international market; the government creates conditions to tuna fishery development escort.
