散粮输送泵车关键结构设计及性能分析

【摘要】:根据《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》总体部署要求------将我国农业科技整体实力提升到世界前列与保障国家粮食安全倡导的节粮原则,针对当前将“节粮、节能、智能化”作为国内外散粮物流装备的发展主题,结合国内进出仓设备现已存在的技术基础,借鉴国内外先进混凝土泵送系统的原理,并根据粮食物料特有的物理性能,特提出了一种新型散粮输送设备——散粮输送泵车。其工作原理为:泵送系统采用双排粮食输送缸交替工作。泵送机构会在油缸的作用下,其中一个泵送活塞杆向前推送粮食,而另外一个活塞杆向后将粮食吸入粮食输送缸中,为下一次向前输送粮食做准备。在活塞杆推送和吸入粮食,靠活塞杆的作用将粮食往前推进,实现粮食输送。回转机构主要通过小齿轮带动大齿轮转动,实现固定在回转机构上的臂架结构输粮管道一起随大齿轮实现360°转动。臂架在液压推杆的作用下实现臂架伸缩自如,确保泵送系统在泵送高度和距离上的自由改变。本文针对散粮输送泵车的工作原理,主要采用理论分析与数值计算相结合,对散粮输送泵车的臂架结构、回转机构、泵送系统等泵车关键部件的结构进行了分析计算,提出了关键结构的选型和结构参数大小设计,并对整个散粮输送泵车系统进行了三维建模和二维图纸的生成。为后续散粮输送泵车样机试制、设备推广提供了理论研究基础。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of the overall deployment of the National Medium- and Long-Term Science and Technology Development Program-- to promote the overall strength of China's agricultural science and technology to the forefront of the world and to safeguard the principle of grain saving advocated by the State food security, in view of the current "grain saving, energy saving" principle,Intelligent "as the development theme of bulk grain logistics equipment at home and abroad, combined with the existing technical basis of domestic equipment for entering and leaving warehouse, drawing lessons from the principle of advanced concrete pumping system at home and abroad, and according to the unique physical properties of grain materials,"A new type of bulk grain conveying equipment, bulk grain conveying pump, is put forward in this paper.Its working principle is: pump system adopts double row grain conveyer to work alternately.The pumping mechanism will push the grain forward with one pump piston rod under the action of the oil tank, while the other piston rod will breathe the grain back into the grain delivery tank in preparation for the next forward delivery of grain.When the piston rod pushes and inhale grain, the grain is pushed forward by the piston rod to realize grain transportation.The rotary mechanism mainly drives the big gear rotation through the pinion gear, realizes the grain transportation pipeline fixed on the rotary mechanism to realize 360 掳rotation together with the big gear.Under the action of hydraulic push rod, the boom can be telescoped freely to ensure the free change of pumping system in pumping height and distance.In view of the working principle of bulk grain conveying pump car, the paper mainly uses the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical calculation to analyze and calculate the structure of the key parts of the bulk grain conveying pump car, such as the arm structure, the rotary mechanism, the pumping system, and so on.The selection of key structures and the design of structural parameters are presented. The 3D modeling and two-dimensional drawing generation of the whole bulk grain conveying pump system are carried out.It provides a theoretical research basis for the subsequent trial production of bulk grain conveying pump vehicle and the popularization of equipment.
