苹果园种植长柔毛野豌豆结合自然生草对土壤综合肥力的影响

【摘要】：以种植长柔毛野豌豆(Vicia villosa Roth.)结合自然生草2、4和6年及各自的清耕除草(对照)苹果园耕作层(0~20 cm)土壤为试材,测定土壤有机质、养分、酶及微生物特性的变化,旨在为长柔毛野豌豆在果园生草中的推广应用提供科学依据。试验结果表明,生草2、4和6年的果园0~20 cm耕作层土壤有机质、全氮、速效磷和速效钾的含量、土壤磷酸酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性及土壤微生物呼吸、活性与活跃微生物量大多高于其各自的清耕对照;生草2年的土壤微生物碳源利用能力低于其清耕对照或差异不显著,而生草4年和6年的土壤微生物碳源利用能力均高于其清耕对照。表明果园种植长柔毛野豌豆结合自然生草能全面提升土壤综合肥力。
[Abstract]:Vicia villosa Roth.Soil samples were used to measure the changes of soil organic matter, nutrient, enzyme and microorganism, combined with natural grass 2, 4 and 6 years, and their clear-tillage and weeding (control) apple orchard topsoil (0 ~ 20 cm).The purpose of this paper is to provide scientific basis for the popularization and application of Phyllostachys pubescens in orchards.The results showed that the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium, the activities of soil phosphatase, urease and sucrase, and microbial respiration in the 20 cm cultivated soil layer of Orchard (Orchard, Orchard, Orchard, Orchard, Orchard) for 2 and 6 years had been studied.Most of the active and active microbial biomass were higher than their respective clear-tillage control, and the soil microbial carbon source utilization ability of two years old grass was lower than that of their clear-tillage control or had no significant difference.But the soil microbial carbon source utilization ability of 4 years and 6 years of grass was higher than that of the clear tillage control.The results showed that the planting of Phyllostachys pubescens in orchards combined with natural grass could improve the comprehensive fertility of soil.
