苏州市畜禽养殖业空间布局优化研究

【摘要】:苏州作为我国经济最为活跃的地区之一,改革开放以来经济快速发展,人口数量增加,畜产品消费量大幅上升,畜产品需求多样化。但苏州市一直重点发展二、三产业,而畜禽养殖业一直作为污染源被关、停处理,受资源和环境制约,整体养殖规模逐年下降,地产畜产品市场占有率大幅下滑。因此,畜禽养殖业发展空间有限和产业规模扩张需求的矛盾、生态环境治保护和有效供给的矛盾是苏州市畜禽养殖业实现可持续发展需要解决的首要问题,而化解这两个矛盾的关键是以种养结合为原则,优化畜禽养殖业空间布局,实现畜禽养殖业由环境污染型产业向生态维护型产业的转变。目前关于苏州市畜禽养殖业空间布局的研究相对空缺,苏州市各类规划中也没有针对畜禽养殖业空间布局的内容,导致苏州市畜禽养殖业空间布局缺乏科学引导,因此优化畜禽养殖业空间布局对苏州市畜禽养殖业可持续发展有重要的现实意义。本文在对国内外畜禽养殖业空间布局相关研究梳理的基础上,以苏州市规模化养殖场为研究对象,分析苏州市畜禽养殖业发展概况、空间布局现状及存在问题,采用层次分析法-熵权法主客观相结合的综合评价方法,构建苏州市畜禽养殖业空间布局适宜性评价体系,并结合聚类分析法得出苏州市畜禽养殖业空间区划方案,给出优化布局的政策建议。研究内容主要包括以下几个方面:第一部分包括绪论和研究综述。阐述畜禽养殖业发展所处的新背景,面临的新形势,并对国内外相关研究从畜禽养殖业的发展及空间布局优化方面进行梳理,论述了从种养结合角度出发优化畜禽养殖业空间布局的必要性。第二部分是对苏州市畜禽养殖业发展概况及空间布局现状进行分析。对苏州市畜禽养殖业发展进行总结,分析存在问题及挑战。梳理苏州市生猪、肉禽、蛋禽、奶牛养殖空间分布变化特征,并深入分析苏州市畜禽养殖业空间布局存在问题及成因,为科学建立苏州市畜禽养殖业空间布局适宜性评价体系提供现实基础。第三部是建立苏州市畜禽养殖业空间布局适宜性评价体系,根据评价结果给出空间区划方案,并给出优化空间布局的政策建议。选用目前在畜禽养殖业空间布局研究中运用较为成熟的层次分析法,并结合熵权法形成主客观相结合的综合评价方法。同时从经济、社会、环境、技术四个方面考虑,参考相关文献中使用率较高的指标,结合苏州市畜禽养殖业发展的实际情况、现实背景,筛选得出评价指标,构建苏州市畜禽养殖业空间布局适宜性评价体系。最后根据样本适宜性评价综合得分,采用聚类分析法对样本进行分类,得出苏州市畜禽养殖业空间区划方案,给出优化空间布局的政策建议。通过以上分析得出,虽然资源条件和环境保护对苏州市畜禽养殖业发展制约明显,但是通过实行种养结合生态养殖模式,苏州市具有空间潜力发展畜禽养殖业。因此本文对苏州市畜禽养殖业空间布局适宜性进行评价,科学划分畜禽养殖业禁养区、限养区、适养区,并给出优化空间布局的政策建议,实现苏州市畜禽养殖业可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Suzhou is one of the most active areas in China. Since the reform and opening up, the economy has developed rapidly, the number of population increases, the consumption of livestock products has risen sharply, and the demand for livestock products is diversified. However, Suzhou has been developing the two and three industries, while the livestock and poultry industry has been the source of pollution pollution and has been treated as a source of resources and environment. The colonization scale is declining year by year, the market share of the real estate animal products has fallen sharply. Therefore, the contradiction between the limited development space of the livestock and poultry industry and the demand for the expansion of the industrial scale, the contradiction between the protection of the ecological environment and the effective supply is the primary problem to be solved for the sustainable development of the livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou, and the key to dissolve the two contradictions is In accordance with the principle of breeding and breeding, the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry raising industry is optimized and the livestock and poultry breeding industry is transformed from the environment polluted industry to the ecological maintenance industry. At present, the relative vacancy on the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Suzhou is relative, and there is no content for the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry breeding in the various planning of Suzhou, which leads to the Suzhou city. There is no scientific guidance for the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry breeding industry, so optimizing the spatial distribution of livestock breeding industry is of great practical significance to the sustainable development of livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou. Based on the related research on the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry industry at home and abroad, this paper takes the scale breeding farm of Suzhou as the research object, and analyzes the livestock and poultry in Suzhou. The general situation of the development of aquaculture, the status of spatial distribution and the existing problems, the comprehensive evaluation method combining the analytic hierarchy process and the subjective and objective concept of entropy weight method is adopted to construct the spatial distribution suitability evaluation system of the livestock and poultry breeding industry in Suzhou, and the spatial zoning scheme of the livestock breeding industry in Suzhou is obtained by the cluster analysis method, and the policy suggestions for the optimization of the layout are given. The research content mainly includes the following aspects: the first part includes the introduction and the research review. It expounds the new background of the development of livestock and poultry breeding industry, the new situation and the development of livestock and poultry breeding and the optimization of spatial distribution in domestic and foreign related research, and discusses the optimization of livestock and poultry breeding from the perspective of breeding and breeding. The second part is the analysis of the general situation of the development of livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou and the status of the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou. It summarizes the development of livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou, analyzes the existing problems and challenges, and combs the spatial distribution characteristics of the pig, poultry, egg fowl and cow breeding in Suzhou, and analyzes the livestock breeding industry in Suzhou. There are problems and causes of spatial distribution. It provides a practical basis for scientific establishment of spatial distribution suitability evaluation system for livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou. The third part is to establish a spatial distribution suitability evaluation system for livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou, and gives a spatial zoning scheme according to the evaluation results, and gives the policy suggestions for optimizing the spatial layout. In the study of the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry breeding industry, a more mature analytic hierarchy process is used and the entropy weight method is combined to form a comprehensive evaluation method of combining the subjective and objective views. At the same time, it is considered from four aspects of economy, society, environment and technology, referring to the index of high utilization rate in the related literature, and combining the actual situation of the development of livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou. Background, screening evaluation index, constructing the evaluation system of spatial layout suitability for livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou. Finally, according to the comprehensive score of sample suitability evaluation, the cluster analysis method is used to classify the samples, and the spatial zoning scheme of livestock breeding industry in Suzhou is obtained, and the policy suggestions for optimizing the spatial distribution are given. Through the above analysis, the analysis is made. Although the resource conditions and environmental protection have obvious constraints on the development of livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou, Suzhou has a spatial potential to develop livestock and poultry raising industry by carrying out the breeding model of breeding and breeding. Therefore, this paper evaluates the suitability of the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry farming in Suzhou, and scientifically divides the livestock and poultry raising areas and limits the breeding areas. The policy recommendations for optimizing the spatial layout are given to achieve sustainable development of livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou.
