济南市田山灌区引黄系统优化运行关键技术研究

【摘要】:田山引黄灌区位于济南市平阴县、泰安市肥城市境内,始建于1968年,1971年建成投入运行,灌区系统优化高效运行对灌区、济南市和肥城市的工业灌溉、生态用水和城市生活具有很重要的意义。本文以灌区西沉沙池为研究区域,对沉沙池水沙运动、泵站经济运行和各分水闸高效联合调度进行研究。主要研究内容如下:(1)开展沉沙池地形测量和水沙观测试验,获取了沉沙池河道地形测量数据,测得两种不同流量下4个重要断面的流速和含沙量数据,分析了流速分布、含沙量沿池变化等,并对出库含沙量进行了核算,验证了实验数据的准确性;(2)进行沉沙池水沙特性与控沙研究,对沉沙池现状和黄河泥沙颗粒级配进行了分析,利用MIKE21软件建立了沉沙池的水沙模型,得到了几种典型流量下的模拟结果和沉沙临界流量,探讨了进一步减少泥沙含量的控沙方案并就底坎设置方案进行了模拟分析,提出了适宜的底坎高度;(3)针对灌区一级泵站经济运行进行了研究,提出提高泵站效率和降低能源消耗的技术措施,提出了适宜于田山电灌站泵站经济运行研究算法,并运用模拟技术法建立了田山灌区一级泵站经济运行的数学模型研究其经济运行方案;(4)在非恒定态运行阶段,以供水安全为限制条件,以输水、控沙、泵站效率为目标,以连通工程节制闸为例,计算了设计流量,开展了田山引黄复杂系统联合调度分析,给出了系统的高效联合调度方案,确保泵站、沉沙水库、输水渠道的安全高效运行。(5)利用计算机技术集成工程信息、实时水情、调度方案等信息,编制了田山灌区引黄系统优化运行指导手册,开发了田山引黄调度管理信息系统,为田山灌区系统高效调度管理提供直观、准确的信息服务和技术支持。
[Abstract]:The Tian Shan Yellow River Irrigation District is located in Pingyin County, Jinan City and Feicheng City, Tai'an City. It was founded in 1968 and put into operation in 1971. The irrigation district system was optimized and operated efficiently for the industrial irrigation of irrigation district, Jinan City and Feicheng City. Ecological water use and urban life are of great significance. In this paper, the water and sediment movement, the economic operation of pumping station and the efficient joint dispatch of sluices in the west sediment sink of irrigation district are studied. The main contents of this study are as follows: (1) the topographic survey and water and sediment observation experiments of sediment basin are carried out, and the topographic survey data of sediment basin channel are obtained, the velocity and sediment content data of four important sections under two different discharge rates are measured, and the velocity distribution is analyzed. The sediment content changes along the pond, and the sediment content out of the reservoir is calculated, which verifies the accuracy of the experimental data and studies the characteristics and sediment control of the sediment sink. The present situation of the sediment sink and the sediment grain gradation of the Yellow River are analyzed. By using MIKE21 software, the sediment model of sediment sink is established, and the simulation results and critical sediment discharge under several typical discharge are obtained. The scheme of sediment control for further reducing sediment content is discussed, and the simulation analysis is made on the scheme of setting the bottom sill. In this paper, the author puts forward the suitable technology measures to improve the efficiency of the pumping station and reduce the energy consumption, and puts forward the research algorithm for the economic operation of the pump station suitable for the Tianshan Electric Irrigation Station, which is suitable for the economic operation of the first class pumping station in the irrigation district, and puts forward the technical measures to improve the efficiency of the pumping station and reduce the energy consumption. The mathematical model of the economic operation of the first-grade pump station in Tian Shan irrigation district is established by using the simulation technique method. The economic operation scheme is studied. In the unsteady operation stage, the safety of water supply is taken as the limiting condition, and the efficiency of water conveyance, sediment control and pumping station is taken as the goal. Taking the control sluice of the connected project as an example, the design flow rate is calculated, and the joint dispatching analysis of the complex system of Tian Shan diversion from the Yellow River is carried out, and the high efficient joint dispatching scheme of the system is given to ensure the pumping station and the sediment sink reservoir. Using computer technology to integrate engineering information, real-time water regime, dispatching scheme and other information, the guide manual for optimal operation of the Yellow River diversion system in Tian Shan irrigation district is compiled, and the Tian Shan Yellow River diversion dispatching management information system is developed. To provide intuitive, accurate information service and technical support for Tian Shan irrigation system efficient dispatching management.
