永久基本农田数据质量评定方法研究

【摘要】:永久基本农田内业成果数据的质量直接影响永久基本农田的划定质量和划定数量,决定了永久基本农田数据库的建设和管理的推进速度。目前永久基本农田数据存在数据与实际情况不符、现有数据描述不规范的情况;当前的数据质量评价方法不能很好的客观反映数据质量的真实情况。因此制定一套符合客观实际的数据检查和质量评定方法具有重要的实践意义。依托四川省资阳市的永久基本农田划定核实举证数据,本文深入分析数据质量误差来源,研究了当前数据质量检查和质量评价的方法及其特点;探讨将直觉模糊集值统计法应用到质量评价指标元素的定权方法,将基于区间直觉模糊集理论的评价方法作为永久基本农田划定内业数据质量评价的方法。本文设计开发了永久基本农田划定内业数据质量检查系统,实现了数据质量自动检查,提高了数据检查效率;系统分别实现了权重改正的得分加权平均法和基于IIFWA算子的评价方法,通过两种算法的分析比较验证方法的可靠性;实现了数据部分常见错误的批量化修改功能,提高数据质量并节约了人力;实现了检查数据的属性数据自动导入数据库功能,方便用户对数据进行分析、统计、查询等工作。将四川省资阳市的永久基本农田划定核实举证内业数据导入系统,对系统的各个功能进行实验验证,验证结果表明:永久基本农田划定内业数据质量检查系.统运行正常,能够高效的对数据进行自动检查,基于IIFWA算子的数据质量评价方法能够客观有效的的反映数据质量情况。
[Abstract]:The quality of permanent basic farmland results directly affects the quality and quantity of permanent basic farmland, and determines the speed of construction and management of permanent basic farmland database. At present, the data of permanent basic farmland data is not consistent with the actual situation, the existing data description is not standardized, and the current data quality evaluation method can not reflect the true situation of the data quality. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish a set of data inspection and quality assessment methods that accord with the objective reality. Based on the proof data of permanent basic farmland delineation and verification in Ziyang City, Sichuan Province, this paper deeply analyzes the sources of data quality errors, and studies the methods and characteristics of current data quality inspection and quality evaluation. This paper discusses the weighted method of applying intuitionistic fuzzy set value statistics method to quality evaluation index elements, and takes the evaluation method based on interval intuitionistic fuzzy set theory as the method of evaluating the quality of permanent basic farmland delineation data. This paper designs and develops the data quality inspection system of permanent basic farmland delineation, realizes the automatic data quality inspection, and improves the efficiency of data inspection. The system realizes the weighted average method of weight correction and the evaluation method based on IIFWA operator respectively. The reliability of the method is verified by the analysis and comparison of the two algorithms, and the function of batch modification of some common errors in data is realized. It can improve the quality of data and save manpower, and realize the function of automatically importing attribute data into database, which is convenient for users to analyze, statistics and query the data. The data of permanent basic farmland delineation and verification in Ziyang City Sichuan Province were imported into the system and the functions of the system were verified experimentally. The results showed that: the quality inspection system of the data of permanent basic farmland delineation was carried out. The data quality evaluation method based on IIFWA operator can reflect the data quality situation objectively and effectively.
