四个因子对盆栽微型月季扦插繁殖的影响

【摘要】:随着世界花卉观赏潮流逐步向盆栽化、微型化趋势发展,微型月季以其外形独特、四季开花、运输方便、组合容易而备受青睐。但微型月季株型矮小紧凑,枝条短、茎细、节间数少、有效插穗少、对扦插环境要求高,扦插成活难度大、成活率低等问题也越来越突显,本试验以 'Sunny Star'、'Pink Star'、'Sweet Star'、'Hippie Star'、'Snow Star' 5个品种盆栽微型月季为试材,通过两因素多水平的随机区组试验,探究插穗在不同扦插基质、激素种类与浓度、位置效应及扦插时期四个方面对盆栽微型月季扦插繁殖的影响,对扦插生根率、生根时间、根长、最长根长、生根数量、根系效果指数6个生根性状及成苗时间、移栽成活率、腋芽茎粗、腋芽长度、节间数、叶绿素含量等移栽成苗性状测定的结果进行多重比较分析,探究品种间、各因素间及品种与因素间的影响,试验结果表明:(1)不同基质配比和各品种间均对盆栽微型月季扦插生根有显著差异。5个微型月季品种扦插的最佳基质配方为草炭:珍珠岩=3:1(体积比)。不同品种微型月季扦插成活率最高的是'Hippie Star'微型月季,生根时间短(20.67 d)、生根率高(80.67%)、生根能力强。(2)微型月季插穗采用激素处理显著提高了插穗的生根率、生根能力、缩短了生根时间。在IBA不同浓度生根处理中,随浓度的增加生根率先增加后降低。500 mg/L的IBA溶液最适合'Pink Star'、'SweetStar'、'Snow Star' 3种盆栽微型月季的扦插繁殖,250mg/L的NAA溶液对'Hippie Star'盆栽微型月季的扦插效果最好,'Sunny Star'盆栽微型月季插穗在250/250 mg/L的IBA/NAA混合液处理中表现最佳。(3)不同插穗部位对微型月季扦插成活影响不同,各品种间均是中间部位扦插效果最好,基部次之,顶端最低。'Hippie Star'盆栽微型月季在这5个品种中表现最突出。(4)不同扦插时期对各微型月季品种扦插的影响表明,温度和湿度是扦插生根的主要影响因素,在7月最适合各盆栽微型月季的扦插,其生根时间短、生根率高、成苗快,叶绿素含量高。
[Abstract]:With the development of potted and miniaturized flower ornamental trend in the world, micro rose is favored for its unique appearance, four seasons flowering, convenient transportation and easy combination. However, the problems such as short and compact plant type, short branches, thin stems, few internodes, less effective cuttings, high requirements for cutting environment, high difficulty in cutting survival and low survival rate are becoming more and more prominent. In this experiment, the miniature Chinese rose of five varieties, Hippie Starer and Snow Star', was used as the test material. The experiment was carried out with two factors and many levels of random block experiments to explore the cuttings in different cutting substrates, types and concentrations of hormones. The effects of position effect and cutting period on the propagation of miniature Chinese rose cuttings in potted plants, the rooting rate, rooting time, root length, longest root length, rooting quantity, root effect index 6 rooting characters and seedling forming time, and the survival rate of transplanting were studied. In order to explore the influence of different factors and factors on the characters of transplanting seedling, such as diameter of axillary bud stem, length of axillary bud, internode number, chlorophyll content and so on, the characters of transplanting seedling were compared and analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences among different substrates and varieties on rooting of minitype rose cuttings of potted plants. The best medium formula for cutting of five miniature rose varieties was peat: perlite 3: 1 (volume ratio). The highest survival rate of cuttage was Hippie Star' minitype rose, the rooting time was 20.67 days, the rooting rate was high (80.67%), the rooting ability was strong. (2) the rooting rate and rooting ability of cuttings were significantly improved by hormone treatment. The rooting time is shortened. In the rooting treatment of different concentrations of IBA, With the increase of rooting concentration, the IBA solution with the first increase of rooting and then the decrease of .500 mg/L is the most suitable for the cutting propagation of three kinds of potted miniature Chinese rose, I. e., NAA solution with 250 mg / L NAA solution, which is the best for cutting of miniature rose of Hippie Star' potted rose.Sunny Star' potted minitype rose. Different cuttings had different effects on the survival of micro rose cuttings in 250 / 250 mg/L IBA/NAA mixture treatment. The effect of cutting in middle part was the best, followed by base, and the effect of different cutting period on the cutting of micro Chinese rose was the lowest. Hippie Star' potted minitype rose was the most prominent in the five varieties. Temperature and humidity are the main factors affecting rooting of cuttings. In July, it is most suitable for cutting of miniature Chinese rose in potted plants, which has the advantages of short rooting time, high rooting rate, fast seedling formation and high chlorophyll content.
