高野草含量日粮对獭兔后期生产性能及相关指标的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在研究不同比例野草日粮对獭兔后期生长性能、毛密度、屠宰性能、血液生化指标、免疫功能、消化器官发育指标、腹泻率、死亡率以及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性的影响,为野草草粉在獭兔日粮中的应用提供一定的理论基础。试验选用健康无病、精神状态良好的110日龄试验兔30只,公母各半,按性别随机分为3组,分别为试验1组即Ⅰ组、试验2组即Ⅱ组、试验3组即Ⅲ组,每组10只獭兔。Ⅰ组为对照组,正常饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组饲喂:15%当地野草草粉+85%基础日粮;Ⅲ组饲喂:30%当地野草草粉+70%基础日粮。预试期7 d,正式期30 d。生产性能:与试验1组相比,试验3组显著提高獭兔的结束末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、体况评分(P0.05),试验2组显著提高结束末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量(P0.05),试验2组与试验3组耗料增重显著低于试验1组(P0.05)。试验说明野草草粉对獭兔生长具有促进作用,降低了耗料增重比。毛密度:与试验1组相比,试验3组显著提高背部、腰部、左肩部、右肩部毛密度(P0.05);与试验2组相比,试验3组背部毛密度、腰部毛密度、右肩部毛密度均显著高于试验1组(P0.05)。本研究表明,30%野草替代比例能够提高獭兔被毛密度。屠宰性能:与试验1组相比,试验3组显著提高活重、胴体重(P0.05),屠宰率、半净膛屠宰率、全净膛屠宰率(P0.05);与试验2组相比,试验3组活体重、胴体重、屠宰率、半净膛屠宰率、全净膛屠宰率高于试验2组(P0.05)。本试验结果表明日粮中添加不同比例野草草粉可提高獭兔屠宰性能。血液生化指标:与试验1组相比,试验3组显著提高TP、ALB含量(P0.05),GLB、A/G、Ig G高于试验1组(P0.05);与试验2组相比,试验3组显著提高TP含量(P0.05),其余各项指标均高于试验2组(P0.05)。试验结果表明,野草提高了獭兔的免疫功能。免疫指标:与试验1组相比,试验3组脾脏指数、IgA含量显著高于试验1组(P0.05),肝脏指数低于试验1组(P0.05);与试验2组相比,试验3组脾脏指数、IgA高于试验2组(P0.05),肝脏指数低于试验2组(P0.05)。试验表明野草能够促进动物机体免疫器官发育,进而提高獭兔免疫功能。在消化器官指数方面,与试验1组相比,试验3组十二指肠比重、空肠比重显著高于试验1组(P0.05),胃比重、回肠比重高于试验1组(P0.05);与试验2组相比,试验3组胃比重、十二指肠比重、空肠比重、回肠比重高于试验2组(P0.05)。在腹泻率、死亡率、AKP活性方面,与试验1组相比,试验3组AKP活性低于试验1组(P0.05)。与试验2组相比,试验3组AKP活性低于试验2组(P0.05)。3个试验组獭兔AKP活性随着日粮乡土草含量的升高而降低(P0.05)。3个试验组均未出现腹泻、死亡现象。综上所述,30%野草日粮提高了獭兔生产性能。
