北黄海虾夷扇贝定居群体的生态环境适应性研究

【摘要】:本研究选取旅顺自然群体,长岛、海洋岛、獐子岛底播群体以及人工选育“獐子岛红”品种养殖群体,对比原产地日本青森县陆奥湾自然群体,运用稳定同位素技术,分析虾夷扇贝中国群体同日本原产地群体间的生理状态、生活环境及摄食习性是否存在差异,并确定其群体结构,以推断虾夷扇贝群体间的相互关系。结果显示,虾夷扇贝各群体的闭壳肌δ~(13)C值范围为-22.26‰~-19.87‰,平均值为-20.47‰,内脏团的δ~(13)C值范围为-25.96‰~-17.86‰,平均值为-24.13‰;闭壳肌的δ15N值范围为5.19‰~9.99‰,平均值为8.52‰,内脏团的δ15N值范围为6.15‰~7.87‰,平均值为7.26‰;基于δ~(13)C值和δ15N值的单因素方差分析显示,经SNK检测,在0.05的显著性水平下,各个取样点闭壳肌和内脏团的碳氮稳定同位素比值具有明显差异;ANOVA分析表明,群体间稳定性同位素比值的差异其主要因素是地理位置的不同所导致的,地理因素的主效应性显著(P0.05);构建所有群体的碳氮稳定性同位素散点分布图,基于地理位置为依托进行分析,可以明显地将中国群体和日本群体区分开来。对于中国8个虾夷扇贝群体而言,长岛群体的碳、氮稳定同位素比值均明显低于其余群体,而獐子岛3个群体、海洋岛养殖群体、“獐子红”人工选育品种养殖群体以及旅顺自然群体在稳定性同位素比值上并未体现出明显的差异。综上所述,虾夷扇贝中国群体与日本群体间稳定同位素比值已经存在较大的差异,而中国群体则因生长海域、水文环境的不同呈现出分群现象,说明虾夷扇贝定居群体面对不同的生态环境,已产生了不同程度的适应性改变。参考六十年代、八十年代、九十年代及近些年北黄海海域水文环境、理化因子及生物资源的调查信息及文献,整理数据并分析北黄海水域生态环境及生物资源的年际变化,同时结合北黄海进行大规模底播扇贝养殖的情况进行综合分析,发现北黄海海域的水文环境未发生较大改变,浮游植物的生物量呈下降趋势,浮游动物的数量呈波动状态。
