杜仲素对断奶仔猪生产性能、免疫功能和抗氧化功能的影响

【摘要】:本研究由二个试验构成,分别探讨日粮中添加不同水平的杜仲素对断奶仔猪生产性能、抗腹泻能力和经济效益的影响;杜仲素对断奶仔猪免疫功能的影响及断奶仔猪日粮中杜仲素的适宜添加量,为杜仲素在断奶仔猪中开发应用提供理论依据。试验一:本试验选取35±2日龄,体重在9kg左右的杜×长×大三元仔猪120头。试验分成4个处组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,对照组不添加杜仲素,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组在日粮中分别添加 1000mg/kg、1500mg/kg 和 2000mg/kg 杜仲素。结果表明:日粮中添加杜仲素可以提高断奶仔猪的日增重、降低料肉比、降低腹泻率、提高经济效益。试验2组可以显著提高日增重(P0.05),显著降低断奶仔猪腹泻率。本试验发现添加1500mg/kg的杜仲素可以达到较好效果。试验二:本试验选取35 土2日龄左右,体重在8kg左右的72头杜长大三元仔猪,试验分成4个处组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头,对照组不添加杜仲素,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组在日粮中分别添加1000mg/kg、1500mg/kg和2000mg/kg杜仲素。分别在试验前一天及试验第45天进行静脉采血,分析血液指标。结果表明:①杜仲素添加组的猪瘟抗体阻断率高于对照组,试验2组显著高于对照组(P0.05),随着杜仲素添加量的增加试验3组相对试验2组没有显著改善。②日粮中添加杜仲素显著提高试验2组血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性(P0.05),显著降低试验2组、试验3组血清中的MDA(P0.05),达到抗氧化效果。试验2组效果最明显。③试验2组、3组通过添加杜仲素显著提高血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)(P0.05)含量,试验2组效果最明显。④试验2组、3组通过添加杜仲素显著提高血清中总蛋白含量,试验2组显著降低碱性磷酸酶活性及尿素氮水平。各试验组间的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性,白蛋白(ALB)和葡萄糖(GLU)含量均无显著差异(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of eucommiol on weaning piglets' performance, anti-diarrhea ability and economic benefit. The effect of Eucommiol on the immune function of weaned piglets and the appropriate amount of eucommiol in weaning piglets' diets provided a theoretical basis for the development and application of eucommiol in weaning piglets. Experiment 1: 120 DU 脳 Chang 脳 Da San piglets, 35 卤2 days old and weighing about 9kg, were selected in this experiment. The experiment was divided into 4 groups, 3 repeats in each group, 10 repeats in each group. The control group was not supplemented with Eucommiol, while the first group, the second group and the experimental group 3 were fed diets supplemented with 1 000 mg / kg KG 1 500 mg / kg and 1 000 mg / kg KG / kg and 2000mg/kg eucommiol, respectively. The results showed that the addition of Eucommia ulmoides in diet could increase the daily gain of weaned piglets, reduce the feed / meat ratio, reduce the diarrhea rate and increase the economic benefit. Group 2 significantly increased daily gain (P0.05) and significantly reduced diarrhea rate of weaned piglets. It was found that the addition of 1500mg/kg to Eucommia ulmoides could achieve better results. Experiment 2: 72 Dudongshanyuan piglets, about 35 days old and weighing about 8kg, were divided into 4 groups, 3 replicates in each group, 6 piglets in each group, the control group was not supplemented with eucommiol, group 1 was treated with eucommiol, and group 2 was treated with eucommiol. Group 3 was fed diets supplemented with 1 000 mg / kg 1 500 mg / kg and 1 000 mg / kg 2000mg/kg eucommiol respectively. Venous blood samples were collected one day before the trial and 45 days after the trial, and the blood indexes were analyzed. The results showed that: 1 the blocking rate of classical swine fever antibody in the eucommia group was higher than that in the control group, and that in the experimental group 2 was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). With the increase of the amount of Eucommia ulmoides, there was no significant improvement in the treatment group 3 compared with the experimental group 2. 2 the addition of Eucommiol to the diet significantly increased the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the serum of the experimental group 2 (P0.05). The level of MDA in serum of test group 2 and test 3 was significantly decreased (P0.05), and the effect of antioxidation was achieved. The effect of test 2 was the most obvious. 3 the content of immunoglobulin G (IgG) (0.05) in serum was significantly increased in group 3 by adding Eucommia ulmoides. 4 the effect of test 2 was the most obvious. 4 the effect of test 2 was the most obvious. The content of serum total protein was significantly increased by adding Eucommiol, while the activity of alkaline phosphatase and the level of urea nitrogen were significantly decreased in group 2. The activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), albumin (ALB) and glucose (GLU) were not significantly different between the two groups (P0.05).
