四纹豆象的胚胎和卵巢发育特点与防治研究

【摘要】:四纹豆象(Callosobruchus maculatus)隶属鞘翅目,豆象科,瘤背豆象属,是一种世界性检疫害虫,在我国一些地区已发现该害虫,给豆类生产、农业经济发展造成巨大损失。研究四纹豆象的生物学习性能为口岸检疫工作提供鉴定基础,胚胎发育和卵巢发育的研究能对害虫的发生进行预测预报,为四纹豆象的综合防治提供理论基础。通过解剖四纹豆象的卵和雌成虫,初步研究了其胚胎和卵巢发育特点。四纹豆象胚胎发育经历卵裂期、胚盘胚带形成期、胚层胚膜形成期、胚体分节和附肢形成期、胚胎背合与胚胎成熟阶段等5个阶段,雌成虫在温度28℃,相对湿度70%条件下,胚胎发育历期为118h,其中产卵后O-11h为卵裂期,12h-16h为胚盘、胚带形成期,17h-20h为胚层胚膜形成期、21h-90h为胚体分节和附肢形成阶段,92h-118h是胚胎背合与胚胎成熟阶段。同样温湿度条件下,卵巢发育分为卵黄沉积期、卵粒成熟期、成熟待产期、产卵盛期和产卵末期5个级别,雌虫产卵历期为15天左右。在初步探讨防治方法上面,用微波加热处理120s和-25℃冷冻条件下处理0.5h以及50℃以上热水侵泡0.5h均能使四纹豆象各虫态死亡率达到100%,使用5个浓度梯度的除虫菊素、阿维菌素、苦参碱、苏云金杆菌处理四纹豆象成虫,统计72h的死亡率,得出LC5o分别为7.13576ug/ml、3.83465ug/ml、72.47061ug/ml、41.71291ug/ml,其中阿维菌素的毒性最强,除虫菊素次之。

It has been found in some areas of China, which has caused great losses to legume production and agricultural economic development. The study on the biological learning performance of the four striped bean elephant provides the identification basis for the port quarantine work. The study of embryo development and ovarian development can predict the occurrence of pests and provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive control of the four striped bean elephant. The embryonic and ovarian development characteristics of Euphorbia pulcherrima were studied by dissecting the eggs and female adults of Elaeagnus angustifolia. The embryo development of Elaeagnus angustifolia experienced five stages: cleavage stage, embryo disk embryo band formation stage, embryo layer embryo membrane formation stage, embryo segmented and appendage formation stage, embryo dorsal integration and embryo maturation stage.
